This place is a NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! The absolute worst office ever!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! The whole place is very dirty, they obviously don't wipe things down, they haven't even picked up a broom it seems for weeks if not months!! It makes you wonder are they clean when it comes to my health?! (I didn't stick around long enough or do any risky procedures to find out.) You will never see the real doctor even if you specifically request an appointment with him you sill get the PA. Wait times are literally 2+ hours each time, 2 hours is actually a good time, been there as long as 4+ hours. Each person you speak with is rude, you are put on hold all the time without ever speaking to a person. The office staff is terrible at their jobs and always have crazy excuses as to why something they were supposed to take care of is not done. Such as "we had the lady who takes care of that doing another job for a few days." Another one "she was gone for a few days so we didn't have anyone doing her job." Mind you, these are important jobs like getting prescriptions and referrals!! Speaking of, getting a referral is a nightmare, it takes no less than 4 weeks to actually get one. Actually, I've never even gotten one totally taken care of by them. You really have to take care of it yourself. Do not go here. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because I had to wait 6 months to change my PCP. This is the worst place ever and I knew I made a mistake choosing this office on my first appointment when the front staff got cursed out literally 3 times as I was waiting 2 hours in the lobby for my appointment. One guy even threw a clip board in their window because he was so frustrated. His wife was trying to have surgery and they didn't have his records ready that he needed for her like they promised him. You see the important stuff they neglect?! Not only do they have no respect for their patients time, but they have no respect for the other doctors/surgeons involved either! They are terrible!!! Read moreI have never in my 50 years seen such a cluster in a doctors office. On the first visit for my mother we waited two hours to before seeing the doctor. Dr. Hanna immediately started ordering test that were not necessary rather than viewing my mothers records from her previous doctor. She was only there to be established as a patient not because she was having any issues. I asked why he couldn't wait for her records or listen to us about her health? No reply. During the visit his nurses would mistype on my mothers chart (computer)and laugh about the mistake and that happen again today! Today's statement from the nurse to a student / intern (?), pointing at the computer screen the nurse states, "I think this was me" and laughs as she corrects it. It was a typo that she was laughing at and I could see the computer screen. Very unprofessional!!! Back to the first visit, I believe there were 3 or 4 test that he ordered to be done and we were sent across the hall unaware what the test were and why they were ordered and sent home with a stool sample card to be returned when completed. Did I mention she went in with no issues? Two hours later we are done but still had to schedule two other test to be done at the hospital. Two weeks later (today) I take my mom for her follow up, spent about an hour and half waiting then about another 20 to 30 minutes for a nurse practitioner to walk in. All this time wasted to hear the results for all the unnecessary test that were done. All test were normal and I made it clear on the first visit that her previous doctor took good care of her and would appreciate it if he would just review her records. I honestly believe that he was just milking her insurance for all he could get. The only reason she changed doctor was because he stopped taking medicaid. She is a senior on a fixed income (less that a 1,000 a mo) and could not afford to pay what Medicare did not pay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Hanna to anyone not even my enemies. Read moreThis is my 2nd time bringing my daughter to this facility. The first time back in March of 24. When they had front desk help, and a lot nicer. We had no issues besides the fact that months later they sent us a bill for almost $1,800. Because someone input the wrong subscriber number. Anywho, we came back to see what was going on and to set my daughter another appointment but to my surprise this time they have no front desk help. There is a nice lady who tries to help even though she is not really familiar with the front desk by the name of Courtney. She is very helpful. The reason for the review is because there is a very rude woman who seems to be a nurse or medical assistant, not really sure that has no patience. We have appointment that was set a couple of weeks ago but today all of a sudden they can’t verify the information again, which is crazy bc that is how we set the appointment, they had to verify the information I assume due to an error putting the information in. So we got it verified and today we have to give all the information again. As I’m talking trying to tell the lady that we had just given the information about 2 weeks ago, she proceeds to interpret me to say I did that in March. I’m like ma’am I just told you that we just came a couple of weeks ago but instead of her listening she is talking over me, saying they don’t have the information meanwhile not listening to Courtney as she is trying to tell her the same thing. This lady was not present last time. So I thought I would definitely put it out there that her customer service skills are horrible and they need to get some front desk help immediately so she can go back to her job in the back before she runs off all the patients.
