I will never ever go there again, was not treated very well at the time of the loss of my loved one when I was told they would have to charge me extra for delivery I didn't have a problem but when I looked at the receipt afterword $100 come on the more I thought about it I decided to cancel the order less than 24 hrs later they said I couldn't. the funeral was a week and a half away, well I did get it canceled with my credit card company. Placed my order online so was quite simple. At first checked out a more local florist & thought the prices were ridiculously high for what I was looking at! Country Floral has also been around for decades & is over in the next town. Their arrangements were more of what I was looking for at a more affordable price. Of course then that makes one leery of what they are going to get....but the recipient of the flowers I sent was very happy. Told her I was kind of worried & she assured me by sending me a picture of what she received. I was very pleased as was the Birthday Girl :-) Thank you Country Flower Shop. Went there because I saw a nice arrangement online on their website they couldn't make it so I got a different one for $5 cheaper paid $10 extra to make it Fuller and they put in 2 or 3 carnations plus $10 delivery fee not real good customer service honestly I couldn't get a better job just going to pick and save him by in my own flowers in redoing the arrangement all by myself not worth the money And I think if you advertise something on your website for a certain price you should be a but of get what you paid for they couldn't make what they have on their own website which is ridiculous I'm sorry will never...
