Regal Culpeper — Local services in Culpeper

This place is horrible!!!!! I haven’t been to this place in 6 months since I was in school and let me just say I hate every single new person that works there to this day since my recent visit watching the new sonic movie. First I wanna address the rude and discussing employee that were rude and has no manners two no employee after the movie stayed to clean up the mess a bunch of kids made in the back being rude talking and yelling during the movie and then makes a mess in the back with the popcorn and better yet not only they haven’t cleaned the popcorn mess they didn’t prop or even bother cleaned the popcorn machine then when driving my friend forgot his wallet we went back to the movies to achieve the wallet this is where the new dickhead manager comes apart we get there to look for the wallet and we polity tapped on the glass he looks at us then ignores us then we tapped on the glass loudly he comes and opens the door and says we close we close and then decides to let us I. To look for the wallet then he kept pushing us to get out rudely and disrespectful after we left I said have a good night all he says is ok instead of you to ye bud get your employees working and showing manners I miss the old management and employees they were polite and nice these new staff aren’t it and don’t clean up either and let’s just say I’m not coming back to this...

We live in Culpeper and this is our favorite Movie Theater. Yes they could probably use some updating.. But the way I see it is I pay about 2 bucks less to see a movie close to home versus traveling all the way to Manassas, with 2 small children. We don't go to the movies to play the video games But the few times my kids have played them they work.. NO complaints there! Concession are great I can stand next to my kid stand in one line while I stand in another for our tickets...TOTAL SCORE! Grateful that we go in for tickets and not have to stand outside in the elements. Yes there are only 4 theaters here but there also aren't thousands of people trampling my kids as I try to get them snacks, restroom or to our theater. We have never had a problem with customer service here... Even when I spilled a fresh large Coke all over the floor. The manager himself came rushing out with a mop and cleaned it up (with a smile) faster than I could get bother my kids out of the spilled mess. Parking has never been an issue at any time of the day. By far my favorite...

Ive came to edit!... My kids were dying to see the new Minecraft movie.. Considering this theater is local i Took them here again.. I'm only disappointed that after spending almost $200+ for a family of 5, we were given MUFASA cups and buckets because the guy " needed to get rid of them" I'm not confrontational. I should had demanded the Minecraft cup and buckets since there were advertised and literally right in front of all of us , but we we were hearding small children 5 drinks 5 popcorn buckets i just didn't have it in me to make them replace everything . We were also late for the movie . So that's what I came here to say. We did mention it to them , but that was his only response, that he needed them gone.. Again super disappointed with this place.

WAY WAY WAY OVER PRICED especially considering the floors are sticky, the seats suck you basically sit on the people's lap behind you they flip up and do not support any child's weight. Movie screen and sound was...
