The landlord registration department absolutely a bandit. I bought 4 units apartments on April 24 2022. They ask me to pay two years registration through July 31 2021 to July 31 2023 . And one more year registration fee for late penalty. Totally $2004 before August 31 2022. Which In just in four month I have the apartment. I believe the registration fee from July 31 2021 to July 31 2022 already paid by previous owner by 8/31/21(each year payment date). But I still paid two year registration fee. But they more ruthless ask me to pay one more year penalty and threatened me if I not pay the penalty. The penalty will increase a lot soon. They only emailed me one year from 7/31 3022 to 7/31 2023 landlord certificate. I asked many times for 7/31 2021 to 7/31/2022 certificate. They told me if I pay two year together. Only one certificate But the certificate they emailed me only showing for 7/31 2022 to 7/31/23 . It’s obviously wired they can’t give me the certificate for 7/31 2021 to 7/31/2022 which I paid for. They ( all the women )also very rode to me when they answered the phone. I am wondering they are robbers or public...

When I was in high school I used to jog here and just admire the grounds.
Great place to bring a date and just walk around the great art they have here which relates to the history of Culver City. Really spectacular job on developing a great city...
Read moreThe traffic patterns around Culver city hall were designed by Satan himself. My commute would be 20 minutes instead of 60 if it wasn't for this God forsaken city's road system.
M.C. Escher would be jealous if he saw how twisted the street system is here. To quote him "Only those who attempt the absurd...will achieve the impossible."
Congrats to the engineers that designed the roads here. You took all you learned over your long storied careers and threw it out the window and instead designed a labyrinth of roads fit for a...
