This place is unique in that they do NOT have servers. You're pretty much on your own. You get your own water (water station available), your order via a QR code at your table and place your order from there. You place your order and pay online or you can hold your account open and keep a tab and pay later. After the order is process, someone will come by with your order. Quite efficient BUT not so much when your order is forgotten. One of our order was completely forgotten and it took a while to get someone's attention to let them know. There was no apology for the forgotten order and they questioned us a few times confirming that the order was not received. So much for good customer service. One great thing about placing orders this way is that you don't have to worry about splitting the bill. You place your own order and you pay on your own. No confusion about who's paying for what. As for the food, it was just okay. The Nachos were dry with too many naked chips. We also order the boneless wings, traditional and lemon pepper and that was just okay. They were dry and you could barely taste the lemon pepper seasoning. The Poutine Tater Tots were the best out of the bunch. The only issue with that is the portion size. It was very small. Not worth the price. Overall I would come back again if others wanted to go, but I would not seek this place out. I definitely wouldn't come back for the food, but if you want to watch a game and hang out, it's an option. Not my first option, but an option.

If you want a chill sports bar experience this is it!! We have been coming to Tap 33 Silver Lake since before Culver City opened and when we found out this place was closer to us we decided to give it a chance. This is now our regular Sunday Football place to be!! The Green Bay Packer experience here is like no other, they have half time shots for anyone in green and gold and we take group pictures together. There’s raffles and game nights too, what more could you want?! The food is 10/10, try the cauliflower “wings” they are the most seasoned and flavorful you’ll find in all of LA. And don’t get me started on their home made dipping sauces. But seriously this place wouldn’t be the same without the AMAZING staff. Ainsley is our regular server and she’s great and attentive! There’s never a shortage of staff walking around to happily help you with anything you want. The GM Erin is so sweet and always available to talk. Don’t sleep on Jonah because he’ll make your day too! All in all 33 Taps Culver City is the place you want to be for chill vibes, great food and even better service!

I recently visited 33 Taps in Culver City with some friends, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional food and drinks on offer. The wings, garlic fries, espresso martinis, and Impossible burger were absolute perfection. The standout feature, however, was the remarkable service. Despite the absence of traditional waitstaff, our orders were taken care of promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend asking for David; his efficiency is unparalleled. In fact, his speed and accuracy had my friends and I questioning if he was even human – we jokingly speculated that he might be part of an AI restaurant experiment! After experiencing such impeccable service and enjoying food and drinks, it's safe to say that 33 Taps has become my new go-to bar. It's a rare gem where both great food and exceptional service come together seamlessly.

I’ll be honest, I find it insane this place has the audacity to suggest a 20% tip when you don’t have anyone to seat you, serve you, or perform any service other than bring food and drinks to you. No one ever came back to check on us. You have to go get your own water, takeout boxes, etc (you have to figure this out as well bc no one will ever speak to you who works here.). We came for a late dinner last night and were in a corner outdoor table. All I could see from where I was sitting was that the people next to us indoors were still eating. It was 35 min before closing and I had barely begun to eat my food. Instead of behaving like actual human beings the staff turned the lights off to the patio. I asked my friend how do I get this to go since they are telling us in the most insane way they want us to leave by plunging 2 customers with meals and drinks in front of them into total darkness? (2 women no less, while insane homeless ppl lay feet away yelling aggressively - not the restaurants fault, but actively putting us into darkness with them and risking our safety, is. And I will not tolerate being disrespected to this degree. Not for some soggy undercooked fries with pre shredded bagged crusty cheese burnt on top of them. BE SO FOR REAL) As we tried to figure this out they began flicking the lights on and off repeatedly. I am trying to find the keys in my bag so I can walk to my car safely. I’ve got lights flickering. No way to get my food to go. And they want us to tip them 20%? No one will say goodbye, or thank you. If your food has any issues, that’s literally not going to be handled. First and last time coming here. Flicking the lights on and off for 2 first time customers is the wildest way of telling us to never waste our time and come back. Heard loud...

Very disappointing first experience at the new 33 Taps in CC. We were frequent visitors to the previous bar (City Tavern), and while disappointed that they had to close, we were excited by the first look at 33 Taps. The menu looked like everything you could want from a bar. Perhaps our mistake was ordering primarily off the HH menu on July 4th, but the food was a massive letdown. We ordered 3 things: HH Burger - while the meat and cook were OK, we were served a meat patty, with cheese and a little sauce on a bun. No fried onions or pickles as advertised. Quite a boring burger. HH Banh Mi Fries - these were remarkably bland. When I think of Vietnamese banh mi's, I think of loads of fresh flavors, but this was a plate of underwhelming fries, dry bits of chicken (we upgraded from the vegan chicken), a few sad slices of carrot and cucumber, and a bland chili mayo sauce. Buffalo Wings - decent wings, but far behind the quality of City Tavern (and other places in CC). I'm totally fine with order via your phone system, but still find it a little much to have the built-in tip at 20/22.5/25% settings for basically running food and clearing tables (no check ins, conversation, etc.). I'm tempted to give 1 or 2 stars, especially after the massive 4th of July disappointment (who doesn't want a good burger on the 4th). But I'm willing to give it another try and...
