Nails 2000 — Local services in Cupertino

This nail salon has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The ladies working on the day I went in with my friend were extremely unfriendly. I got a full set of nails and my friend got a DELUXE pedicure. The woman that did my nails didn't speak one word to me the entire time, except to tell me not to touch my face bc the oils from my skin will mess up the acrylic. Then, when she was finished with my nails, she didn't even have me wash my hands to get all the powder off my hands and nails and just painted right over it. I've never had a technician not have me wash my hands before painting my nails. They turned out ok, but the atmosphere and vibe from the staff was terrible. My friend paid extra for one of the pedicures that are a step up from a basic pedicure. She was supposed to get a massage. The technician barely did that. If you'd even call what she did a massage. Which lasted all of 2 minutes. And she paid $30 for what? Trimming, shaping and painting. She could have done that herself for cheaper. She paid the extra money for a relaxing experience and the perk of a massage which she did not receive. Both employees barely spoke English and it was extremely hard to understand what they said. For the price of their services, I expected a better experience. I have been to to this salon before, when the previous owners were still there and had the opposite experience, which is why I went here not knowing ownership had changed. I definitely will not...

Best nail salon in the Bay Area. They give perfect pedicures, gel manicures, and I have gotten the best quality acrylics ever. I always get my acrylics done here and they always create the designs I want perfectly. Amazing customer service, always picks up the phone, always accommodates walk ins and honors appointments. Very good prices to, comparatively cheaper to other nails salons in the Bay Area. The workers are extremely kind and hard working and do their best to provide excellent service. Will never ever get my nails done anywhere else...

DONT GO HERE!! Was given a gift certificate for this place. Called ask if they could do a pedicure was told yes come in. Presented gift certificate first off said I wanted pedicure but was going to do manicure next week. Was told that was fine. Pedicure was going great when in comes I guess the owner. She says can't honor certificate said was from previous owner. I'm half way through my pedi. She says she will take $5 off. I said just stop and left. The gift certificate is like cash she should have at least honored the pedi....
