I used to come here very often, but I stopped once I realized their prices would be something new every time. It seemed as if they would try to get over. Recently I went because I needed my nails done badly. I wanted a short acrylic set, but the owner recommended something differently because it would look “more natural”.. which I said okay, and agreed too. She began to do my nails, which I never got them this way before because it was like she was doing press ons. The next day one nail came off. I called and mentioned it to her and she had an attitude, and proceeded to tell me because I hit MY finger on something, which was not the case. I went in, and she fixed it. The next day another one came off, but I did not want to deal with her rude attitude again so I didn’t mention anything. A couple days go on, and now I have 4 nails that are off. I am fed up, so I decided to call her. She began to tell me that, that’s not me it’s you. Mind you she’s done my nails before with acrylic and they last for up to two weeks. She said I don’t know you can come in, but this will be my second time fixing them so I’ll give you a discount only 55$. And I proceed to say why am I paying for something YOU did not do well on. She didn’t say anything, I said are you going to talk.. she said what. I then got so irritated and said never mind, she than hung up in my face. I’ve been to plenty of shops but this by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I definitely don’t recommend. They were cool, until they were not. I will not...

I went in the get a full set acrylic. I asked to use the restroom. When I came out another lady proceeded to do my nails. I thought I was going to get what I asked for but I noticed it was a little bit different when I asked what she was doing she said this way is more natural and more better. This place is a really enjoyable place to relax. I like how they have music in the background while I get my nails done. I’ve been here a couple times and they never disappoint! Their color options are something I’ll never get bored of. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. It feels like a family as you talk to them. I like how Tiffany does my nails as she is really artistic and can do absolutely beautiful designs. I’ll definitely be coming back here and recommend you guys to come try it out. It has been a fun...
