My 7 year old son is in Share World's afterschool program. We do not live in Cupertino. Because my son's school is short-staffing in afterschools, and all his classmates have no afterschool to go, I therefore found this place. Unlike the afterschool program that only let kids play, Sunny, the teacher, monitors and helps my son to complete his homework. Therefore, my son has more time to do other things after he goes home. It's afterschool program is in English / Mandarin setting, and my son also has Chinese classe weekly, so, the teacher also helps him learn Chinese characters and helps me monitoring my son completing his Chinese assignments. The program has it's own agenda but can also accomondate my needs for my son's learning and assignments. If I request them not to give out answer to my son easily when he gets it wrong, they respect my decision. The program includes language (English / Chinese) and math (addition subtraction multiplication, my son is only 7). They also have break time and play time so kids can relax. To me, it is way better than the afterschool program offer by my school district. The teacher is also a teaching assistance in local public school. He knows how to encourage kids and bringing up their enthusiasm to learn, which is something an old-school style father like me unable to do. I highly recommand Share World's elementary...
Read moreMy child had a great experience at the summer camp. We enrolled her at the last minute, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made. The camp offers a diverse range of class subjects (including chinese) that kept my child engaged and excited every day.
My daughter not only had a fantastic time but also felt supported and encouraged to explore new things with great teachers, and small class sizes.
She enjoyed the camp so much that she requested we cancel her other planned camp just to continue here for another week! The fact that she now wants to join the afterschool program speaks volumes about how much she enjoyed her time here.
Thank you to the entire team for providing such a great...
Read moreWe have two boys in CLIP program and need additional Mandarin support as the program is not easy. We recently started here and like it. Our boys (2nd and 4th grades) are getting help from a professional Mandarin instructor Ms. Adrien and a parent/teacher in Math. The class size is small. They use a variety of instructional materials. We have to drag our boys away after class ends because they play learning games. We have never seen that happen before with them. It is not the most beautiful facility however I do not care. It is safe and clean and the instructors are motivated. Cost benefit ratio is excellent. thank you for...
