This place will forever have a customer in me, Mike & Charm were the absolute sweetest! They are the NEW OWNERS of this nail shop, not only is their work amazing but their dedication to their customers speak volume of who they are as people & what they want to leave this place known for. They take the time out to build a connection with their clients and ensure their clients leave satisfied. The moment I walked through the door they allowed me to feel welcomed. OMG, how could I forget the nail shop closed and they STILL took me in, even with me arriving 20 mins after closing time and they stayed an HOUR longer just to do my nails.

Nowadays, people tend to go to the big, fancy nail shops, that they almost forget about the smaller ones. In my opinion, smaller shops pay more attention and put more effort in because they know they don’t get many clients so they put their all into the little amount of clients that do come hoping they’ll return or maybe even help spread the positive news of their service to help promote this nail shop to gaining more clients since they are new. My nails are sliced new and squared just how I like and very thin and not bulky. My nails feel super light, which is another thing I really love!

BELIEVE ME IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! The eyelash tech did not show up for my appointment today when she specifically told me to come in today at 9am. I was given plenty excuses by staff and no one would even contact the manager/owner to accommodate me for having to be inconvenienced after being told she would be servicing clients on fourth of July! Now I’m stuck without getting a refill on my lashes right before a very important weekend out of town. Highly unprofessional and poor customer service. They even began to walk away when I asked about being accommodated next week by at least discounting the service for being stood up by the lash tech. I will NEVER spend my money here again!!! There are new owners a wife and husband for like 2 to 3 months.They were super polite humble people. I had a really nice conversation with them great people. They were so gentil with my hand. Good customer service. Super good prices super affordable and they currently have 25%. So come get your nails done here totally recommend. I got a pedicure and refill it was 65 dollars total. They gave me super good foot massage it was and amazing experience.I chipped a nail like 2 days after getting them done I went back to the salon and they fixed it for me with no charge. my nails didn’t chip because they did a bad job.
