Wow! I have been coming here for a few years. But … they have changed! I’ve nicely mentioned it the well-dressed man in the front (the men are ALWAYS so kind and sweet) but nothing has shifted except their service - downward. I’ve encountered some truly mean ladies here doing nails. You can tell they gossip about customers. I just paid and walked out early because I couldn’t handle the rudeness of Amy. She was so rough and used extra hot water (it was steaming) - almost like it was on purpose. This feels abusive to a customer. Amy also used alcohol from a bottle on my feet. I asked why she was putting alcohol on me she said it makes skin softer. This is a lie. I’ve never had any salon pour alcohol on my foot and wipe the entirety of my foot? I have no foot issues, so there’s nothing to do beyond a basic pedicure. She also didn’t massage for 12 minutes as stated on the pedicure description I chose. I timed her… she was done with both feet and on to another step before 6 minutes was up. She chose the wrong person to pick on that day. I rejected her rudeness by choosing to take no more. I kindly said I’m done and I’ll polish at home. She freaked out. I wasn’t being rude, but if I was, wouldn’t you want me gone? But if you enjoy being cruel, and taking things out on your customer then I see why she was upset I left - her punching bag was going away. As I was paying, she was gossiping to an older customer that had just sat down next my chair, pointing at me and talking. The older woman kept looking at me confused while Amy continued to point. Can you imagine being accosted with gossip about another customer, when you walk in? Again, if I was so horrible, walk me out. But she didn’t and no one else did because I was being kind - just left asap. I hope they take this seriously - she’s not there to help you serve customers and neither are many other techs. Some might be nice, but bad apples spoil the barrel, sorry to say.
I won’t ever be returning. Sad because they used to be so so great. Trust the poor reviews,...
Read moreIve gone here for two years and never had a problem until mother's day. I will never be coming back.
I took myself and my mother for a mother's day treat and I asked for a simple color powder nail with a smiley face design and my mother asked for a gel nail. The lady took several tries on my design before I told her to not worry about it and to take it off. She didn't do so and left me with a smudged smiley face. I went to the front told the two male hosts in the front what happened. Told them I don't want that lady to work on me because she DID NOT LISTEN and left me with a horrible Design to pay for. The men both said "don't worry about it we'll take care of it" they had a new lady take off the design and reshape the nail. A new lady sat Infront of me and said I can try to attempt the design but I won't charge you. I said "no it's okay I'm happy with just the nail itself" and proceeded to do it. When the lady tried to attempt to a smiley face she told the two men in the front TO NOT CHARGE ME because the Design was UGLY. The men began to argue to decide if they would charge me or not and said they didn't charge me. Handed me my receipt and I see clear as day that they charged me for the design I SPECIFICALLY said I did NOT WANT and the worker herself said NOT TO CHARGE and decided to scam there customer on mother's day. There excuse was "to be fair for their worker" I said I didn't want the design and she begged and pleaded to make me happy I would've happily paid her in TIP! For "fairness"
absolutely DISGUSTING.
When I was done arguing with the men in the front. My mother showed me her gel nails. And are a complete disaster. There is no shape, the nail polish is SO thick and bumpy.

Read moreHere’s the thing if you want to be uncomfortable then this is definitely the place for you. The front staff is super kind and understanding. However the nail tech doing my nails would visibly get mad at me. I ended up changing my nail color twice which is annoying sure but she basically threw a fit and made me get up and find the color even though I needed help, until the front staff helped. I kept having to ask her to change small details like to make sure the polish was completely covering the nail or fix her line work on my nails. I was incredibly understanding bc it was after hours and I wish the owner or manager would have mentioned that they couldn’t do it bc I would have been much happier with my day. I was scared to have her do my ring finger nail bc she painted it much differently than the pic which I pointed out reluctantly. She basically told me it’s bc my nails too small even though she approved the length. Finally after all the back and forth, I wanted little rhinestones. She wouldn’t place them at the core of the flower like I asked so I said fine and asked for them to be placed at the bottom on each nail. Instead she cleaned up her station and when I asked again she blamed me. She basically started ranting. I got out of there quickly. It went beyond customer service. It quickly became an environment that was supposed to be relaxing to antagonistic. I completely understand that it’s a hard job and it was after hours but honestly I would rather be told no you can’t come in rather than ever feel like that in a place I paid...
