I'll admit I haven't been to this location often, but every time I've been there it takes forever to get through the drive thru, and the order is wrong or its missing items. And if you're planning to leave the drive thru line after waiting 15+ minutes to get to the speaker, you'll have to drive over the tall curb to exit the line. My husband's order is simple, plain Whopper with cheese meal, but they never make it plain unless I explain what plain implies. No veggies. No sauce. Even then, last time I was there, I got to the window and verified it was being made plain as I paid. The woman taking payment (with the headset on) told me I didn't ask for it plain and handed me a bag of food, apparently you can't have it your way at this burger king. Then today, no one wants to hold up the line during the lunch rush, so I went through the time consuming drive thru routine and left once I got the bag of food but when I looked in the bag as I left the parking lot, no fries; like the other times before this. What's the point going inside when they're busy and arguing my case that I didn't get my complete order. They're going to assume I'm lying and I don't like arguing with a burger boy over $3 fries. They've already wasted enough of my time as I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I'm sure I'll end up back there again. Read moreI forgot my phone, because I wanted to use it and photoshoot time it took before I had to reverse and leave. I was skeptical but optimistic this time it will be different. After all it’s been a couple of months since I last tried BK. This will be the 5th time I had to leave after ( literally 30 minutes) “ no exaggeration” of no budging forward except by 1 car! I kinda panicked when I thought I was “stuck” because of cars that came after me, and no ability to drive away, but slowly they also reversed and left too. I like the bargains and the chicken sandwiches or I would have never kept going back hoping for a different outcome and since it’s literally 2 miles from my home!! I know it’s been hard to find help, but this has been an issue before the pandemic and since it has opened for business. I wish I could get all the way through to ask “why”? Read moreI’ve been here a few times and it seems to be hit or miss if this location gets my order correct. This time I ordered a King Jr. Meal cheeseburger with ketchup only. I received two patties, mustard, ketchup and pickles. The french fries weren’t cooked all the way. Even my toddler said, “Mommy, I don’t like these French fries.” I had to cook the French fries at home in our air fryer. I ordered a root beer and it tasted like it went out and was mostly bitter soda. I requested a Dr. Pepper instead. Then I was handed a Dr. Pepper with no ice. I requested ice and was given ice. However, when I drove off and tasted the Dr. Pepper it was way too sweet and tasted like syrup.
