Went here to buy a switch and controller one day, and 9 days later I came back to return the controller since it didn’t fit the device. Started in Electronics section by trying to just switch it out like the associate who sold it said I could, but an older gentleman at Electronics said I’d have to do a full return. I walked up to Customer Service, I asked to start a return, and Ali (Electronics associate/manager) came up to verify the device, where he took a call and stopped looking at my device entirely while holding it with him the entire time. He eventually disappeared to “further verify” the controller. He came back, pulled customer service lady to back and told her to tell me the return was denied. She said “I have to tell him no?” and I heard it.
So, trying not to spend another half hour there, I opened my walmart app and started the return on the app for the same controller. Still can’t accept my return even though the Walmart app says to return it here.
An amazing Team Lead, unfortunately I forgot her name, came to the front and decided I had been there long enough and decided to help me with my situation… but this is not where it ends.
She issued the return and in-store credit so I could easily just swap out for the other controller which was 10 cents cheaper. I went back to Electronics to get the controller, and Ali was assisting a customer purchase. I walked up to him and said I’d like to get the controller when he’s done. I waited by the controller after he acknowledged me, and waited. 5-10 minutes passed and I go back to look for him, and he has closed the electronics desk and disappeared. I went back up to the front to get help AGAIN, where the team lead sent a new manager to the back to open the cabinet. I walked back AGAIN, and Ali was back and sending customers away with new devices. Like are you serious?? I finally had enough and walked up to him and said “hey, can I get my controller now please?” He responds “YOUR controller?” in a very provocative manner, to which I clarify “yes. The controller I am going to buy”. Then he finally gets the controller and as he is passing it to me, he says “I’m so sorry”, as if that erases the past cardio workout, past 45 minutes of waiting, and him telling me he can’t take my controller because its used (can’t even plug it into my device/reason for return. Plus doesnt walmart literally have a restored/used-like new department?)
Very dissatisfied with how Ali handled himself from start to finish. Other Team Lead, Associates and the older gentleman, assuming manager were fantastic and just as I remember team members from when I...
Read moreReview for Automotive: Replaced 2 tires, rotated and balanced all. We pulled away and the truck was making a noise. Pulled directly into the parking lot across the street (public storage/christian bros auto) and hopped out to look. One lug nut fell off the rear driver tire as soon as we stopped. The rest were so loose they moved by hand.
We returned immediately to the Wal-Mart automotive center and got a whole lot of "there are quality checks, we don't know how that could have happened." They jacked it up and the entire tire moved because all the lug nuts were loose on it. The tech removed them all BY HAND. They were asking each other "who tightened that one down" and no one could say who did.
One tech said "I put the tire on and hand tightened them. I don't know who's job it was to go behind me and tighten it." That right there. No one went and tightened it after.
Mauricio, the shift lead, tried to say that the lug nuts had failed, because they were original.
The auto manager, Santiago, sent out the shift lead to go buy lug nuts at autozone to put on it, since being loose trashed them.
The problem? The lug studs were TRASHED from the tire being driven loose and they don't replace those. The rim was also damaged.
This error could have KILLED someone, yet shift lead had the audacity to tell us a lie and claim 5 lugs on just one tire all failed at once. However, not one tech could say they tightened them on that tire. You can't hand-remove lugs that were torqued down properly.
We have to take the truck to get the lug studs replaced and I will be bringing them the bill for it.
I don't care who screwed it up. I care it put our lives at risk and no one was willing to say they screwed up. Ownership is how people learn and get better and DON'T make a life-threatening...
Read moreAt about 9:25pm today May 25th. I went to the fitting rooms to try on pants. The doors were locked and 1room out of 3 was occupied. I clicked on the need assistance button and the call turned off after a minute. I clicked it again and a Walmart representative Called Nubia was hovering the area. I waited with my 2 little girls and my husband for someone to open the door for me. This representative passed right next to us saying the fitting rooms closed at 8:30pm in a very chopped English. I waited for the person to come out of the fitting room and as I go after the lady came out, Nubia rushed infront of me into the fitting room and says "excuse me" in english and cleans out the fitting room gets on my face and with a raised voice in spanish she tells me she's going to let me in this one time and that the rooms were closed that she followed orders and that I shouldn't be there that I had said that it was convinient for her to not open the room (which i never said because i spoke english with my husband the whole time about othet things needed while waiting, clearly she was making up stuff because she didn't even understand). I right away let her see she was on my face and she was yelling at me then her voice went passive and said "I'm not yelling at you" I said I was going in after a lady came out with my 3 items, there was no sign that rooms closed at a specific time. I went in and she was still arguing with my husband outside the fitting room while with my 2 young girls. I right away went and placed my complaint with Mya the manager. I hope she's reminded what her job entitles, how to do her job and what not to do with costumers and perhaps some manners. I caught her on video, pictures and I'm sure Walmart has footage. So Much for her "Happy to help" vest. This was my 2nd visit to this walmart and My rating is not for the store but for the associate at fitting rooms who doesn't even deserve a star...
