Sooooo disappointed in this store. My mom called the store a couple days ago and spoke to the owner and his son. She asked how much the store charges to blow up balloons not bought at their store. The son asked his dad (the owner) and he said it depends on the size. My mom let him know that they were NOT LATEX balloons and they were pretty big butterflies. He said it would be no more than $2.50. Came into the store and a woman helped us. She told us it would be $10 EACH to blow up the balloons because they were big and helium is VERY EXPENSIVE. We explained to her what we were told and she said “well he told you wrong” and started folding up our balloons to give back to us. She was VERY rude and honestly not very helpful either. Her tone and attitude was not nice and ruined the whole store experience for us.

My mom and I understand there is a helium shortage and it is expensive but we were quoted one price over the phone and she made us feel like we were lying. We ended up going to Jacks Dollar Party Store and they charged us $5 for each balloon but more importantly they were very nice and...

Had to buy a pinata last minute, literally the day before a party. I scrambled to find a place to purchase a very specific pinata. After about 20 minutes of searching online i came across this business and even though i wasn't very convinced based on previous negative reviews decided to give them a chance as i was running out of time and options. I went there and ordered a pinata during my lunch and 4 hours later when i got off work, it was ready !!! Super friendly staff and fast service, couldn't be happier with the end result. Will definitely continue to do business with them...

They dont listen to the customer, they are a little hardheaded, ordered with weeks in advanced for a saturday, they said we could pick up friday afternoon. Now, with at least a week or more in advanced, i told them i needed it friday morning, they said they couldnt changed it because colors fade and blah blah blah, im the customer, i should be able to decide when i need the product.
