What started out as a five star rating quickly plummeted. What we thought was the clerk was doing us a favor ended up being a total disaster. He signed us up as four line plan when in fact we only needed two lines. He was rushing so fast to get us out the door that he misspelled my name, set us up on the wrong plan and mistyped the password. We couldn't log into our account for weeks and customer care could not help...

If I could leave this place a negative star I would. The customer service is horrible I went in for help to get my account number and the guy refused to help me.
