I don't usually ever make a bad comment about a business, since I have my small company and I am very aware that no place is wrong. I leave this comment to learn more in the future. I went to quote an extensive list of materials for a very important project where I was not going to buy one unit but a lot of material variety and of course look for a place where I buy regularly, I went and it was a 5-page list to quote the total. And to make my budget, the place was empty. I went very early, and the very kind gentleman grabbed my sheets and told me that it could take him a while to leave the list and they would send me the quote by email. The whole day went by and I decided to call to get an update, the first person told me that the store was busy and they couldn't do it. And after 5 minutes they called me to tell me that the printer was broken and they weren't going to be able to help me. I got frustrated because I didn't have any information. I want them to give me the material as a gift. I chose them to buy everything from them, but first I needed a price. And I would like to not think that they treated me like that because obviously I look different. I am a bilingual person, but very honest. They should be more empathetic with new clients.
