My family needed a new couch, and honestly, I was not looking forward to shopping for one. When I walk into a furniture store, especially large ones, I always feel overwhelmed and end up leaving without making a purchase. However, my experience at Woodstock Outlet was completely different, and it was because of my salesperson Alleah Moses. She was friendly, kind, extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the showroom inventory. She listened to what I wanted, broke it down into three categories within my budget and showed me a selection of not only beautiful but quality couches. As WE sat on each couch, Alleah showed me fabric samples discussing the pros and cons of each fabric in regard to pets (we have two dogs), shared the dimensions of the couch and discussed the different configurations offered with each couch. After this, we made our way back to my three favorite couches, and with her help, I was able to choose not only the perfect couch for my family’s needs but a love seat and an over-sized chair as well! Alleah, also helped me choose the most beautiful pet-friendly fabric along with a different fabric for coordinating pillows. Because my husband wasn’t with me, I wasn’t prepared to make the purchase that day. She kindly gave me a written quote, provided me with pamphlets that had photos and dimensions of my choices and suggested I take the fabric samples home to share with my husband! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a smiling and friendly gentleman named Lamar. He introduced himself, and told us how the store was laid out. Not once was he pushy or try to sell us anything, only offered if we needed help to let him know. We went around looking, and when i realized i had forgotten my tape measure, I asked him if he had one to borrow. Sure enough, he let me use his and brought me a pocket measuring tape to keep in my purse. We left that day with ideas of what we wanted and asked for his card. Again, at no time did he try to push us into buying anything. About a week later we were ready to buy, so we asked for him personally. Lamar was friendly, asked all he right questions. Made sure we had all the information and set us up! His customer service is phenomenal! He followed up since our purchase, and today they delivered it. The young men who delivered were friendly, and kind. They took time to place a blank on floor, everything was wrapped well so not to get damaged or wet from all the rain. They were quick about setting it up, had all the tools they needed in their pockets (impressive) and took time to make sure the kitchen table was perfectly aligned under my lighting fixture without me even asking. These are the type of delivery men all businesses should model after! We highly recommend Woodstock Furniture, their customer service from the moment you walk in to the finished delivery is a business model ALL companies should strive for. Hi! I was taken care of from the entrance to Woodstock Furniture Outlet, asked what I was looking for and my price point, shown my options and had time to walk myself around too. And when I needed to ask a question, quickly my sales person was right back to help. Other sales people helped too, when I asked a question and found out about a “bunkie board” so I also learned a lot. The associates are very well trained and so nice! Our delivery was quick and the guys were able to back up on our small driveway ( well done driver) and they arrived on time and set up super quick! A twin bed, mattress and foundation was set to the side for my grandson so I could deliver it to another house and the guys went and packed it beautifully in our truck! We didn’t even ask them to do that!!! The guys were awesome also because we ordered two queen size mattresses and WE ordered wrong…we needed a full size for one bed and they never complained and carried everything back out to the truck to return to the store.
