I have been going to The Gypsy Wagon for the last 10 years. I loved going because the store felt unique. Everything about it to me was unique. The location, the displays, the name, the brands they carried everything. I just visited the new location and it was such a disappointment. It will be my last time going. It felt like an overpriced Forever21. Everything about it. The brands, displays, and location. It seems like they are trying to appeal to young 20âs but what young 20 yearolds can afford $100 plus on a shirt? Especially in our inflated economy. Also I read a review about why you changed the name⊠just wondering if you went to a Gypsy community and took a poll about the word gypsy being demeaning? There are reality TV shows about the Gypsy culture and they proudly refer to themselves as Gypsys. You can make any word in the dictionary demeaning if you try to. The actual florida Seminoles said no they were proud the school was representing their name...

So instead of moving forward to offer me an exchange for the defective product the employee searched the system, said I purchased it past the return date and I would have to keep it. She also suggested that I should hand wash it to prevent the defect which was a hole in the material from becoming worse. However, she offered that I should continue to look around, and spend more money. This is not the kind of customer service I expect especially if a product is defective. I know the store doesnât offer refunds but I think they should want to protect their reputation, and take care of a customer if a product is defective. The service in this case was...
Read moreBeware of the in store policy which does not allow refunds in your original form of payment, even within the 14 day return window. So you can only get store credit. This is clearly stated on the receipt however if you began your shopping experience online, you will feel deceived because the online policy allows a full refund to your credit card no problem. In our case we specifically reviewed the return policy online but didnât consider that the policy would be different in the store. So - highly recommend browsing in store but then complete your purchase online. The store owner will outright refuse to accommodate you in any way, the policy...
