Very unprofessional. My boyfriend and I made an appointment, arrived well within the grace period of 10 minutes (which was explicitly stated in the appointment confirmation communications) and waited for 40 minutes, as the love weld employee was already seated and serving another customer at the time we arrived. She did not communicate with us at all during this time. After that client left, we explained our situation and were told to wait for another client to be served, even though it was already 40 minutes past the time of our appointment.

Update: the owner reached out, mentioned the employee working that day was new, and was very kind; I rescheduled without her knowledge to get an unbiased view on the experience our second time around. We had a great experience during our second visit: great customer service and absolutely no complaints...

I went to Love Weld to get matching bracelets with my best friend. Amanda was amazing, she even texted me when I was running late because I couldn't find them in the Neighborhood Goods store (which was my fault and nothing to do with them). Even with us running late, she never rushed us or made us feel like our appointment wasn't important. She showed us our options and explained everything in detail.
