My ex wife's last words were to me before she walked out with her mystery man were, "sometimes its better to let someone else untie the knot." I never really understood what she meant until today. My current girlfriend got herself in a pickle by double knotting her single pearl necklace I bought for her this past Valentines Day after we got in a knock down drag out fight that it is pronounced caramel not caramel. She a has a tick and when she gets nervous or mad she starts twirling her necklace which almost caused the double knot. What really caused the double knot was when we went fence jumping a few nights ago. It started off as any other third Tuesday of the month or as we like to call it Tumble Tuesdays. We had just got started when she made an incredible jump over this chain link fence and the pearl necklace got caught in a vine. I was so nervous we were going to get arrested I ran and came back the next morning. She was still there! After hours of meticulous effort I waived the white flag and called the big red dogs. They tried the jaws of life to no avail. So they cut around the fence and we took the necklace into Lower Greenville Jewelry where the owner Scott* cleared his schedule and got the double knot right out!
While some of these details have been embellished, the truth remains that my beautiful girlfriend had a really bad double knot in her necklace and could not get it off of her neck. Scott really did clear his schedule and helped us...

Finished product was good. Experience was poor. Was advised the quoted-cost could increase and it did.
The original quote was $60, the final price increased to $110. Was advised this could occur as you decrease size, no big deal.
The older gentleman was not pleasant to work with. We measured my ring size. I chose the appropriate size for me and was encouraged to go larger since this was an engagement ring and “I would gain weight through marriage and children.” I hesitantly took his advice and let him have the final decision on the size.
Following day, I arrive to pickup the ring and work with a younger gentleman who was much nicer. The ring is too large and I request to resize. “No problem, it’s included”
Third day, I return again to pick up the ring. Younger gentleman helps me and I’m ready to take off. Older gentleman offers me his opinion that I selected a size too small. Why he felt the need to tell me my decision was poor is beyond me.
Ultimately, I’m happy with the ring, but will consider other jewelers...
Read moreNice little shop in a nice area. There, unfortunately, isn't a lot of parking right there immediately in front of, so I parked in the lot next door which was also kind of small, but it worked out.
Brought my new watch in to have 2 links taken out, as it was a tad too big, and Scott, the owner greeted me immediately- super friendly guy, chatted with me a bit while I was there, asking if this was my first time in, then telling about his watch collecting habit at one point in his life (I have started to collect watches and mentioned this to him).
Decent price on removing the links, which took all of 2 minutes, and he even took the time to check the sizing after and set the watch for me when he noticed it was not yet set. Very friendly, and next time I need anything like this done, I will go here. Definitely appreciate service like this and friendliness, especially with such a small amount of money he was dealing with in this transaction. That attitude goes a long...
