This was the worst experience ever in a GameStop been a pro member for three years but today I’m canceling my subscription They should closed this location empty boxes merchandise mix with trash in the floors the employee was rude it looks like he don’t wanna be there I think it was his overweight I was there for the 4 for $20 this guy haven’t change the price stickers for months I didn’t care about it with wrong prices so I end up choosing my four games finally all the games that i come up with have deepest scratches on the date part of the disc so I told the guy hey can you check if you got better copy’s so he was like this are the only ones so I was like ok I’ll chose another 2 games Instead of those this guy asked for my Id to do a return I was like dude you literally see the trash you selling but I was ok cool then after 30 minutes yes 30 minutes of him fighting with a computer he told me it was $8 more after the $20 that I already paid because the other game cost 6 dollars and this one was $7 I .was like is the 4 for $20 games under $10. Read moreThe worst experience ever at a gamestop. I'm past the greeting and could care less for any social interaction. But what blows my mind, is when you walk in and the salesperson is already rolling their eyes because someone walked through the door.
What made matters worse, I find the game I was looking for and take the cover to the register. I ask the sales associate do you have this in stock and she replied, "I dunno". I'm thinking you work here, look it up. She finally realizes she has to do something and looks up the game. I'm ready to pay and leave already. She didn't ask if I was a "pro" member, she didn't look up my account for promotions or discount. She didn't even verify if my card was me. She just didn't care to be there, you, or me. Then again it's S. DALLAS. THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. In all honesty, its better to close the store and use shipping. I totally regret wasting my time to drive 14 minutes for the game.
