Panda Express — Restaurant in Dallas

The first time I went there since they open was a good experience through the drive through, the next time which was yesterday, I went inside because I wanted to see what all they serve and I had a two orders that may take longer to wait. it wasn't pleasant on how I wanted my food, they were switching different peoples, and one tell you this way ,and the other one tell you that way, I wanted my veggies grill they said they don't grill them, and it was embarrassing to have to be told no to this and that.I have tried calling them after opening my food my veggies were very hard, the guy that answered said he remembered me but I ask for a manager he said the manager said for him to talk, and that went bad because he hung up on me twice, and I called back the girl answered and she stop talking and hung up the phone, I tried calling back and they wouldn't answer at all. They are very rude, and I spent 27.00 on two orders that wasn't pleasant because they said I couldn't get this with that done the way I wanted. The AI at the drive-through is incompetent. The food was disgusting, and if I were allergic to anything in orange chicken, a cross-contamination hazard.

I do not know how the machine got orange chicken from my saying Kung Pao Chicken, and when I corrected the cashier, she acted like my correction was a bother. Then, when I got home, I found that the noodles were cold stiff and gummy and made up 90% of the bowl that was supposed to be half noodles half rice. Every bite of my Kung Pao Chicken order was laced with orange chicken sauce, or orange chicken bits, meaning all they did to correct the order was scrape the orange chicken out and plop the Kung Pao in. The result is absolutely disgusting.

Even more than the stale noodles, the fact that the restaurant felt comfortable cross contaminating the food like that is terrible. I was avoiding this location, and I should have continued to do so. Order two plates with double orange chicken. The chicken was dark, tough and looked burned. I took the orders back to the restaurant and ask for another order because of the issues. I was told all the orange chicken looked like that, but that it was fine. She said her manager thought the same things but tasted it and said it was fine. I am a long time customer of Panda Express and I have never seen the chicken this dark. So I requested a refund, the cashier said ‘they’ don’t give refunds. I asked her how are you going to tell me I can’t get my money back, she said that is what she was told no refund because the drawer would be short. I told her I paid with my card. Then she said she wouldn’t know how to refund a card. I asked was that a Panda Express policy and she said their location’s policy, but she doesn’t know about other locations.
