Every time I come here I get good food I never wait long,food is good, customer service could use some work but I will continue coming back to this location. ** I just went to Taco Bell and I am appalled at the service I received.I went and ordered my usual order I received it in decent amount of time ,I proceed home and once I get home I realize they did not give me my nachos and cheese.So I head back (while my food gets cold sitting at home)I enter the drive they to see there is a line eventually I get to the intercom and speak to the female manager I explained what happened and had asked if there was anything complementary I could receive as well for the trouble I had endured, and she just about lost it on me I was completely calm, collect and respectful her reaction was completely uncalled for she the refused to even hear me out on the intercom.I proceed to the window where she is she aggressively throws my nachos at me ,I try and reiterate myself but she would barley let me speak I asked for the GM name and number she refused to give it I asked for her’s she refused to give it she then shut the window in my face and locked it.I can’t believe the way she reacted and treated me I will be getting into contact with Corporate.I am usually not the upset over small things but her customer service was so poor that it needs to be brought to...
Read moreDon’t go to this location. The cashier was very rude and mean and not polite. She didn’t have patience for us to go through the new options in the menu and select our order. Instead she said ( oh my God) in an unsatisfactory voice forgetting that her microphone is on and we can still hear her. When I asked her ma’am are we upsetting you for taking longer to place the order she turned off her microphone and didn’t reply. So I pulled up to the window and waited for her there a few minutes until she finally decided to come talk to me. When I said is that how you treat your customers, she denied saying anything inappropriate and when I confronted her that we all heard it she said she was in the back room picking up a box then dropped the box on her foot and that why she said what she said. And I said are you sure about that? Then she said ( YOU ARE NOT LISTENING, I AM NOT HAVING THIS CONVERSATION WITH YOU) all this in a very loud voice. Cashier name: Marqueeta C. Read moreIt pains me to say this but it thus was my second visit and it was just HORRIBLE!! I used the app and drove 12 minutes only to wait in drive thru for right at 30 minutes. When I get to the window, I was parked while they made my order. 20 minutes later, because no one brought me my order out, I sat in drive thru 15 more minutes as I watched another car get parked and a completely different person walk up to the window to get their order corrected. When I finally get to the window, turns out they "FORGOT" they parked me!! The MOD apologized and offered to make my order fresh. I appreciate her efforts but she should have just refunded my money and closed the store! Of the toppings I requested on my nachos, half were thrown on, some not there, and the other half were "on the side" for no reason. I didn't even get my beef burritos.
