I was trying to get a charger for my iPhone, which I take to be a pretty commonly forgotten item. The cashier didn’t know if they had any, so I went to look. I bought the only type of charging cord they had, which turned our not to be compatible with their outlets (needed regular USB, and this was USB-C). I had not taken my receipt thinking the charger would work for their ports. I went back 7 minutes after I purchased it and the cashier said they take no returns without a receipt, as I watched her crumpling a receipt into the trash. I asked if she could please look to see if she had my receipt since I had just been in there. She looked at me and said no. I asked again, or I could look, and she said no, it would be in the trash and we could not look in the trash. Amazon will overnight a book to your hotel. Charged me for items not received. They take complete advantage of business travelers. Complete rip off. Make sure you check your credit card receipts with these Hudson stores at Love Field. Totally shady managers. Employees OK...but horrible, thieves as managers. Made a mistake on charges and said the manager (some short guy w/ brown hair) very conveniently was not able to void the receipt- as my flight is taking off. They kept the money and I got nothing. Terrible experience, I needed headphones for my flight so I purchased a pair. When I got settled on the plane I discovered they were defective and I couldn’t hear hardly anything from my phone over the loud white static noise of the headphones. Upon return home they refused to refund the purchase even though their website states that they provide refunds for defective items. They directed me to the manufacturers of the headphones who would only provide replacements and stated that refunds must go through the store.
