Legacy Lofts — Local services in Dallas

Absolutely horrendous . These were never the best apartments by far . But the A/C always worked and anytime I had a problem the past property manager got it dealt with and fixed asap . Not so anymore . There’s new owners and new property manager who does nothing but talk down to tenants . The A/C started going out and it was of no concern . When it finally did get fixed it wasn’t as cold as before and my ac unit started leaving a nice puddle in my hallway . My ceiling in my living room fell through , but was fixed immediately but that was under the old property manager . Ceiling in my restroom fell through , not fixed . Master bedroom closet light fell out and has never been fixed . The floor is now all warped . Parts of it feel like you’re going to fall through . There’s no A/C atm so no cold or hot air , yet the entire building is sweltering and it’s November . These people only want to gentrify and drive out who’s already here . Like I said these were never the best but they were comfortable at a time . Not so anymore. Be prepared to pay 1600$ if you move here for the wonderful experience of being talked down to and gaslit with any problems you have...

I regret moving in here. It's a all bills paid and that's how they treat it. How good of a work they do on the outside is how they should do on the inside. The maintenance lie about fixing the work that need to be done. Dog poop around and have doggy bags. Now I haven't seen no bedbugs but I have seen plenty of roaches. When I moved in they was all over the place. The water from my air conditioner was in my kitchen to my dinning room into the hall. Took them a month to fix the leak. Then I tell her about the roaches she tell me that my apartment was roach infested. Then she also told me the tenants control their own air conditioner and heater. That was false. Parking lot is not enough for cars to park. Go to sleep your vehicle there but Wake up and ur vehicle is gone. Not enough spaces for the vehicles. The fact is they want rent money on time but no work on the inside. When they do its weeks or months when they fix it. This is the worst place I have lease at. I will not re-sign my lease here again. I would like to ask him why not tare down those apartments and stop scamming people.

There not longer habitable , how much money does he has to pay the city of dallas to keep on bussines???

I have called the city of dallas once and don't do anything now I'll try with state.

Relative was evacuated back wen KIM was in office they stold my relative his "rent money order" by the own past manager, promised my relative a check with refund..

6 months later no refund for my relative but I'm still stuck on this apartments and it gets getting worst!!!!
