Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Dallas

I will NEVER come back to this location. The drive-thru employee was rude and refused to give me her name so I went in and asked to speak with a manager. There was young petite red head Hispanic woman with multiple facial piercings who came to the counter but seemed uninterested in my issue. She said I would have to find the number to corporate on my own since they don't have that information. After getting my food and pulling away from the restaurant I opened my order to find it was wrong. I went back to the restaurant  and the front counter worker was just as rude. She didn't apologize or acknowledge why I was in there but rudely asked "So what you want us to do?" I asked for the chicken nuggets that I had originally ordered and went to hand her back the 3pc chicken I had been given instead. Again I was met with attitude when she replied "I don't want that." then she turned and walked away to her the chicken nuggets. They were not fresh and tasted horrible. I didn't eat any of them and threw the full order away. I'd rather throw away my $10.00 and go elsewhere then to have to keep dealing with this kind of treatment. I hope someone really does look into this location because there's no way the staff should be this comfortable with being rude and nasty to their PAYING customers. Never again, I come here only because it’s closer to home but I will be going to Buckner or St. Augustine even Elam which is a 20 minute drive. The girl at the drive thru could not take our order properly we had to repeat ourselves several times until we gave up and pulled to the window to get our order taken. It had came to our attention that she was new so we completely understood her confusion at the speaker. This poor girl should have not be at the drive thru especially with no help from her coworkers at all, if anything she should be in the lobby or prepping the orders. She was clearly thrown in the drive thru with no clue as to what she was doing and if she was doing it right or wrong. We waited almost 30 minutes at the window for our order. When we received our order it looked like the items were just thrown in the bag. The boxes weren’t closed my sides were lid down under the box of chicken. I’ve worked with this company before and I can tell you this!! The oil for the fries needs to be changed asap my fries were so dark it’s not even funny. Whoever is the gm here needs retraining along with the team heck even their supervisor for allowing the crappy service here. To all I went to this particular location, which is store number 10522 on October 30, 2024. I ordered the big box special and the guy that was behind the register at approximately 12:46 PM. Had the worst attitude ever he was not attentive if you asked him a question he gave you a stuck up and rude answerwas outright disrespectful. I don’t ask so much but I just asked if I could have two thighs instead of a thigh leg on a special the polite way will be eating to say no we can’t do it like that but just to blatantly yell out no is rude and unprofessional then I know they’re doing a one dollar drink so I asked could I get the drink for a dollar he got a smart attitude and said I asked you that already and I said no sir you did not you just asked me was I dining in or out and when I informed him that he never asked that he started calling me a liar this is not professional. This is not how business should be handled, and I will ask if a district manager will go and look into this situation people pay to be treated with respect and I do understand some folks do come in there with a bad attitude, but I am not that one that would do that to someone.
