Casa Cavazos Restaurant — Restaurant in Dallas

Came here with my family and we waited 30 minutes for drinks. When someone finally came over to take our order we told them that there would be 3 separate checks and they lady rudely stated "well then yall can wait" and then went and took the order of the table who JUST sat down behind us. No one came back to our table to take our orders for 20 minutes after that and then when someone finally came over it was the original rude lady and when one of us tried to order the Menudo she just angerly walked away to the other end of the table and started taking orders over there instead. We got there at 12:10pm and had to cancel our order by about 2pm because we had to be somewhere and still even not gotten our food yet. When we went to the front to pay the lady sitting at the front was the rude woman who we delt with earlier and she smugly remarked that our food was ready and waiting in the back as she was just sitting there. My mom decided to go ahead and stay and she said that they did not receive their food until about 20 minutes after we had left. Food out at 8:15 pm...hot and delicious food. I took my guacamole salad added ranch omj sooooo good. I really like that you automatically get corn tortillas at a lot of other Mexican Restaurants you have to pay extra here its the flour ones thats extra $'s.... My cousin and I (especially her, loves 💘 this place) she did though have to send back her soft cheese taco it was VERY TOUGH (Rubbery). My chicken sour cream enchiladas were Awesome as the rice and beans are too. I got iced tea (rather a margarita 🍸 but they do not serve alchol 😢to drink) (sweet) it was perfect. Telma the waitress immediately brought her a hot new soft cheese taco it was great. We finished our dinner at 9:00 pm. As others still inside we sat and packed up our left overs and relaxed and talked. The total bill for 2 people with A LOT of food was $40.00+ $ a great price for great food and great music and Excellent service from Telma and a very lovely atmosphere. Yes WE WILL BE BACK. Waited 30 minutes before we got anybody to come take our drink order. Also asked for a green relish. Never got the relish so asked again only to be told they were out. Which is fine but nobdoy said anything. Got our drinks and waited another 20 minutes before anybody came back only to ask about how we want our checks separated. We proceeded to tell the waiter then this waitress came and took the waiter away as we were telling him how to split our checks. Then waited another 20 minutes before they came to take our order. We had asked for the Menudo but the waitress rudely said we don't have any and then proceeded to take the order of someone else without a second hesitation. Finally ordered and the food never came. We were there a total of 2 hours before we decided to leave. Horrible customer service. 0 of 5 stars really....
