Highly upset. I do not recommend on 9/6/2024 I paid cash for a sofa ave love seat set. On 9/7/2024 I went back to pick up set. The lady Laura stopped me and said I have a set that just came in like the one you paid for it’s just a darker color, she showed it to me, I said ok I’ll take this set since it was closer to the color I was looking for in the first place. When I came back with my movers I was told it will be an additional $100. I asked Laura why the price change she claim because it was different material, when in fact it was the same material just a different color. She claim she thought I could do an exchange which I never asked for she walked up to me and said we just got this in and you can exchange. She and rest of staff just sat there looking she had a Smurk on her face. I was never issued an apology by her or the staff that was in the store…I paid cash not financing and this is the treatment I received. I will never spend another dime with these people. I didn’t have an issue on my first trip it wasn’t until today when I went back to pick up my furniture. These people are shady. DO NOT PAY FULL CASH with them. STAY AWAY at all cost. Me and husband went to this place recommended by my brother to purchase a couch. We found the one and was offered a deal to take the display model. We were made aware of one scratch on it and was completely ok with that. But upon returning home and opening the couch, which was wrapped in plastic and cardboard, we began to notice several more scratches and tears (and DOG PRINT!) that was not disclosed.

We went back to store to let them know about the many more scratches we found and they said that the person who packed it did not scratch anything before packaging it. But we were very careful opening it and found this to not be the case. The store refuses to acknowledge it and blames us for the damage done to the couch. The scratching was only under the incasing and not torn through the packaging. This couch wasn’t cheap, even with the discount so I expected a better level of packaging quality and care with something so expensive. Will be avoiding in the future. The manager was very nice at first but when presented with this issue completely...

First let me say this how in the world did this place get all these great reviews when I went in there for the very first time and turned around because the prices are too steep especially to be in the hood. This place is located in pleasant Grove one of the hood places of East Texas. Not only that I saw a living room set for over $2,000 and my Amazon cart it's full to do my whole apartment for that amount. I'll stick with Amazon because definitely these are not the people are not the people everybody say that they are they must have paid these people or gave them something free to do these reviews.
