Puff n Stuff Smoke Shop — Local services in Dallas

I normally go to the Columbia Ave location but this location is a hidden gem! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, especially the gentleman named Jason who expertly assisted me with all of my inquiries during my visit. Jason was able to guide me effortlessly through my wants and needs. The store's selection is vast but with Jason's professional guidance, I was able to quickly narrow down my choices to the quality items that I needed plus even some cool extras I had not originally intended on purchasing. His salesmanship is next level and his professional knowledge of Kratom strains, among other things, is stellar. I would consider making this my main stop for what I need if I could receive Jason's tier of customer service every time. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has a chill atmosphere....

Eh. They had what I needed, but the person at the front didn't even say hi to me. I said hi and he acted like I just told him his grandpa died. He was like hi.... Looked at the floor. Didn't even ask if he could help me. I asked if he had synthetic urine, he took me to it said "we have 2 and 4 oz" and that's it. He rang me up silently. I said thank you, got no you're welcome.... Look, you're working at a smoke shop. I gave you like four chances to treat me like a customer and you didn't. Idk... Try a SMILE. Be happy or at least fake it like the rest of us. The selection is ok, I guess. I think Blue Phoenix was way better. I even prefer puff n stuff over gas pipe, but this was just depressing. I'll go to gas...

One of the WORST shops to go to. I went in last night to get a vape battery. I ended up selecting one for about $36, the wulf uni. I was never given a receipt or told that I could not return/exchange the battery if it didn’t fit. I went out to my car and immediately realized my cart didn’t fit in it. When I went back in less than 5 minutes later the guy told me there are no refunds/exchanges. I asked why he didn’t tell me that initially and he lied saying he did mention the policy.
