Ojos Locos Sports Cantina (Jupiter - Dallas, TX) — Restaurant in Dallas

I did not spend a dime and I do not recommend no dishes and I do not recommend this place at all. I have been to several of the chains all throughout the US and this by far was the worst.

Me and my boyfriend after a long day/night of ranch work decided to rush for a night cap beer. We approach doors well before closing time and we are turned away immediately and I quote the black man said, “you look drunk go away” to my boyfriend. As ranchers we get sunburnt and we may look raggedy for a bit and sure we pulled up in an old truck, but we didn’t even get a chance to go inside. We didn’t even get a chance to go inside and purchase a meal, let alone a drink.

I was about to leave when I decided to get security names and Manager if possible, and they completely turned me down without opening the door as I start to turn away another man comes to the door and another security slams the door open, throwing him to the floor frame.

I spoke to the valet man who also seem to fear the guys because they were from security and armed. “I said, do you know who the manager is and if I can speak with them” They did not allow for this and so I called the restaurant/bar and they didn’t answer. For reference, it was well before closing time I did leave a voicemail . I doubt that I will hear from them however, I will take legal matters into motion as I feel, this was somewhat of racial profiling incident. And by the aforementioned reviews under security it seems though that we are not the only ones who experienced a similar inconvenience.

Luckily, I was able to get footage of the four securities and the moment they slammed the poor small framed man to the floor. Yes, it was inebriated for sure, but was not causing any harm or being of a threat, if I’m not mistaken, the man was trying to...

Okay so genuinely I’m not one of those people that makes your job harder especially being someone who works in this type of industry, but the service was absolutely horrible. honestly the girl is lucky I don’t remember her name, long story short me and my friend wanted to get drinks( both women) and so we went and everything was fine until we sat down it took 20 mins for someone to come greet us . We got our food at a decent time and my friend ordered amaretto sour with strawberry purée , mind you we work at a bar too so we know a thing or 2, we get the drink and it’s wayyyy to sweet so my friend asks if I can be remade politely and the waitress takes the drink back to the bar , dosent do a single thing to it and then brings it back, so my friend tells the girl “it’s okay you can just take it off my tab”. Again we work at a restaurant bar of the same nature so we know the rules. The waitress then gets hostile and tell us she can’t take it off the tab for some bizarre reason so we tell her to get a manager … then boom it’s off the tab and she seems agrivated by that so we ask for the tab and it took her another 15 mins just to get our card and bring it back . We still tipped her , in my opinion more then she deserved given the situation but overall I will not be going back there...

The Music is played at this restaurant too too loud they already had code Compliant come out on the first week of opening day at this establishment there’s homeless people hanging out pan handle and Harassing the customer all day during business hours it’s not safe to walk to an from your car The Security Company Texas United Security LLC they hired to do Security at this establishment is wack every week they letting Level 3 Officer go for no apparent reason and making fabricated lies on them so Texas united don’t have to pay them for services that they put in.there Are some guard’s are asking for tips/Briving asking the customers to pay security money to get in without a hard copy ID parking an one’s that they don’t have ID to get inside plus people that are already intoxicated Security are letting them in as well I personally would not eat are drink are even go to see the fighs/sports there it’s Horrible.
