El Sabroso — Restaurant in Garland

Came in for lunch, got my food pretty fast, it was hot, delicious, hit the spot. . 4/24/25 Came in again, for lunch break, Ordered the mojarra frita at 12:05pm at 12:30pm still had no food infront of me, complimentary chips were all ate and gone, my tea was empty, i look around the room and make eye contact with the waitress she then looks away.. other staff also just looked away. I wasnt re assured when or how much longer the food was going to take. I proceed to pay for my tea and chips and left unhappy. Was told by the waitress to call ahead next time and have them cook it before i come down to sit and eat. That it takes about 15 min to cook. I would say this is a good take out spot if you order ahead of time.but to sit and eat for lunchbreak probably isnt the best idea. Only one bartender and one waitress i have seen since attending...

Absolutely horrible service! Incompetent servers, cashiers have an attitude and the food leaves much to be desired. I ordered tacos and pupusas and although the tacos were okay, the pupusas were raw and clearly they had no idea how to make them. The cabbage was weeks old, and the customer service to provide a solution to the problem was definitely not good. Also, it is of absolute horrible taste to have a construction worker drilling and slamming the hammer down on nails while customers are eating. Totally unprofessional and very rude. Orderd the fish fillet it was spioled The manger said he taste it in back and it was not spioled but cooked raw Ya right He overcharged. My. Bill but I got it Then the manager charged my criditcard twice Will be filling a compliant. In the mourning with Dallas health dept for serving me raw food Be careful with the food from this place and double check your Bill Will also be calling my cridetcard in the mourning to cancell my 2nd charge I guess the manager.things he got his revenge for me returning the spioled food Will see what the Dallas health dept has to say about this Beware...
