Whewww...where do I begin? So I visited the store and spoke with Ameer. He was actually really helpful and nice showing me around and such. He even told me if I go somewhere else and find something I like to take a picture and send it to him because he can beat the price. So that he did!! The furniture they had on display was too steep for me anyway honey lol. Now fast forward to its time for me to get my furniture delivered....... Why did I have to help the delivery man bring my furniture up 3 flights of stairs because he was by his self? I texted Ameer the day prior and told him what the delivery driver told me and he was like no worries I will not have to worry about helping and he will let the manager know etc. Welp when the day came I actually did have to help. Yes I could have waited but I wanted my furniture! Now with all that being said I would highly suggest making sure they have the delivery stuff all figured and sorted out because having to help bring your furniture up 3 flights of stairs after purchasing it is...

We were lead to visit Kunooz Furniture during their grand opening week, in search of a love seat in black. Ameer and the staff found us the perfect black love-seat and gave us “quality” time in reviewing fabric material and answering all our questions. Due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, our love-seat took a little while longer to deliver, and we finally received our love-seat and are so pleased in the quality and fabric. Be carful before you buy from them they seem nice but they are not they take advantage of the community as well.when you cancel you will see the real face. They refuse to refunded me and the amount was over $2000 and they charged me delivery fee even I did not received the items.
