I used to go here often with a party of 4, I spoke highly of this place until I had a $120 stolen from my sweepstakes account. I reported this to the staff on duty, 2 of the management team. They accused my friend of cashing my ticket when I knew that was impossible. Their machines show a $0 balance when logging into the machine , but the system showed that I never cash out and that I still had $50 on my account This was never resolved, all I got was a phone call from one of their technician's saying that my friend cashed my account out, when I know he wouldn't have done this. I'm still $120 short, they never followed up with me. I play over $8k in this place and nobody could provide me with accurate information about my account. That was my last visit there. Someone in that place is lying about my $120. All the cameras in this place and nobody even reviewed them, so I believe that something is wrong with this establishment if they can accuse my friend before even trying to check the cameras. I wanna press the issue to get to the bottom of this, but what's the point if the staff isn't honest themselves. If you are reading this be careful if you ever visit here. I really like going here but sometimes I hate it. Once someone hits all the machines then starts eating all your money. Max donating doesn't help because it just takes it all only to give you $0.40 or $0.80 after donating about $60.00. It seems rigged and not random sometimes.
