NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION New owner & best service? I don't think so. I can't speak for all the workers there but one lady in particular did what she damn well pleased with my mom's hair she just had a surgery and her hair has been thinning out. we went in today so it could get trimmed since it stopped falling and this lady seriously cut her hair to a pixie cut! Her hair used to reach her bra on her back, my mom was self conscious enough as is because of her thinning hair! I was on the phone and she told my mom to bend her head down so neither of us noticed what she was doing until it was too late. My mom explained what she wanted done multiple times! And when we began to say why did you do that she just said it was thin. Ok but that's not your choice to make! And i agree it was very thin BUT ONLY the last 2-3 inches.
