I ordered $3 chips and cheese (queso) and the queso smelled funny when I opened the container... I smelled it closer to make sure I wasn't tripping and I smelt a burnt smell and something else that I can't name but it just didn't smell right for me... I took it back and the lady up front smelled it and jerked her head back so that let me know it wasn't just me. The cook was a lady also, so the lady upfront asked her about the cheese and she said there's nothing wrong with it so she tried to let the cook smell the cheese and she wouldn't. First she asked me if I wanted ground beef I said yes, next she asked me if I wanted guacamole I said no, then she asked me if I wanted salsa and I said yes. The cook snatched the cheese out her hand, grabbed the salsa out the fridge and shoved it at her... The lady upfront apologized... I looked down as I'm walking out and saw the container top was broken and it had dirt or other food on top of the broken container so I turned around and sat the salsa on the container and just walked out... The lady upfront said you don't want it and I said no cause the top is broken, dirty and the cook has an attitude...
If I'm going to eat somewhere where I can see the cook and she has an attitude instead of trying to correct the problem then I don't want ANYTHING out the kitchen... I didn't even wait for a refund, like how can you mess up cheese sauce... I didn't want a refund because the negative energy in the restaurant was making me have an attitude so I left before I reciprocated the...

when i got there to pick up my food, they tell me that the prices at their location are more than what uber eats has posted and charged me for. i'm sorry.... uber eats charged me according to your prices that you submitted. it felt like they were taking advantage of the business i honored them with during these difficult times for many. $50 food order for 3.
its all about the principal for me. if this mistake was noted, make it known to the customer for their next visit and honor the prices posted by the third party you decided to affiliate with and correct the changes with uber eats. don't charge the first time customer who has no knowledge of your prices. and don't have a bad attitude about it when we need to be as united as ever through this pandemic.
OH and to top it off, after waiting 45 minutes for my food and telling me that my food will be out shortly periodically, they tell me that someone must've taken my takeout because they don't see it.

I went and placed an order of 6 tacos and a mendo for 2 of my daughter's, when the order was ready the girl called for me and I specifically asked her if she was sure that everything was in the bag. She barely looked up at me and kind of blew me off and said yes and I asked her again are you sure everything's in the bag and she again responded "Yes!" To make a long story even longer when I got home I check the bag and I was missing my daughter's three tacos I decided to call and talk to the manager to complain but when I call a girl answers the phone and I explained what happened and she proceeded to tell me that why was I calling and making a big deal about 3 tacos when there are people in the world that are starving and I'm making a big deal over nothing! I told her that when a customer calls to complain she should be apologizing not telling me about starving people!!! Apparently the manager wasn't there which I find that hard to believe since I could hear her talking to someone in the background! The food at this particular Tacos Y Mas is NOT good, please don't give this place buisness because the people here obviously don't care about...
