The decorations are beautiful, and the venue is well-organized, creating a truly elegant atmosphere. However, the service from the staff leaves much to be desired. There's a lack of warmth and friendliness; instead of making you feel welcome, many of them come across as distant and, at times, even arrogant. At the end of the event, rather than saying a cordial goodbye, they just take drinks out of your hands without a word, which feels very rude. The bartenders, on the other hand, seemed uninterested and unfriendly, as if they didn't care about providing good service or earning tips. One of the worse salons i've ever been to. They won't let you bring your own food. The restroom are tacky. Everythings outdated and still overcharge for the price. And don't even think about bringing your own dj or band. Food wise, if I were paying for the salon and food, I expect the food to be left out all night for everyone to grab more, not taken to the back where i'm pretty sure the employees (you're forced to have) take home. Waste of salon and time. Oh and worse of all it's 2 salons in 1 so the entire time you hear the salon...

Went for a grad party. Great place for family and friends to come together, but nothing special. The catering / food served was not good. Lots of food was left over. Ice cream/ fruit was served at the opposite end of catering, by the stage. It was a bad setup. Bathrooms were running over...
