Texas DFPS — Local services in Dallas

My children was taken without proof for any investigation due to someone being vengeful and I have been lied to and told that it is in the best interest of the children which has been alive from the beginning have requested several times for different case worker have to constantly behind my back and have been told things that workers should never even say to the parent nor the children and I am planning on getting an attorney and taking it to the news because I've never heard of CPS worker say this slick and slide comments that they say and get away with it and then lied to cover their own self never have gotten a chance to meet the supervisor until things went wrong behind something the worker did and then they want to resolve something when I want to take it above the supervisor and they still went right back to doing the same things and purposely separated the children in different cities and out of town just because they did not like us because of the children begging them not to be separated so far apart and then say they feel threatened by little kids I don't understand what this place is about but they are the worst and this worker has never had children herself and it will be brought out publicly how terrible these people are. There's nothing stating we can not ask a CPS worker or their supervisor questions but for some reason the CPS worker always says they don't have to answer anything but it is their job to do their work and I've never seen a worker be out of town over half the year what do you actually do on a case we had a temporary CPS worker stand in and was able to do so much more with these kids and their family that she swore that could not happen ever which leads me to believe that she feeds a line of BS to a lot of people who else she has done like this who knows but I am terribly disappointed and hurt and my children are hurt and she still constantly causes confusion till this day my kids are practically grown and they are trying to live their life and she still wants to pop up at their job and call and ask questions I have nothing to do with a case but try and build another case for what reason we are not troublemakers but she has me labeled as a monster but sometimes if you ask the children especially when they are old enough to know things you would actually see family has been and we have been through a lot even losing a lot of people in our family to death and she has no sympathy I am a mother that has raised all of my children by myself their horn Tire life without their fathers and we have been just fine but when you are labeled a monster and you have never done these things and your children know it if they were terrified of their parents they would never even want to see them in or interact with them someone has to put a stop to these people that as I constantly and it is their word against hours but they seem to do things behind your back to cover themselves and I can't proof of everything including recordings in conversations that have been done to me or my children and I never got a chance to present that to the judge because she decided to go behind my back until the DEA a totally different story and I have no chance to prove that she was wrong and that she was lying and I still keep the messages till this day because she doesn't like to talk on the phone she rather text everything and I don't know a worker that does not do her job by texting all the time you are supposed to have communication and good communication skills at that where she found her degree I have no idea but some people really need to look into firing some of these workers because they are really not in the best interest for these children they just like to get all the points and prove that they can have children torn apart and what it does to the kids they don't care it is heartbreaking to see my children crying and being hurt behind things like this and there's nothing apparent can do other than try to take legal action and that is what I am going to do they should also do more of a background check on...

These people are the worst. Always too late where they should have been, and wasting there time chasing bogus reports that are obvious of people using them to make others life hell. My wife and I had to get back my step daughter from cps because her father ran off with her after a summer visitation with him. Four years later she was found to be in foster care in Florida cause that's where her father had abandoned her. It took a couple months for cps in Florida to finally find my wife, and that was to terminate her rights so they could adopt her out. After years of not knowing anything about where or how she was we was given an appointment to see her the next week. Went to Florida only to get to see her because we now had to jump through hoops to get her back. After a couple months of parenting classes and everything CPS wanted done, we got her back. Only to start hearing the horrible things that happened to her in foster care. After meeting with CPS here in Dallas so she could tell them about the sexual abuse she took in foster care that CPS put her in they let us know that she just needs to stop thinking about it, and move on she's home now focus on that and not the bad. She is ever so slightly special needs, has always been. She was 13 when we got her back, now she is 22. Still wakes from time to time in fear because she's had a bad dream about the man of that foster house, and the things he did. In public she's a nervous wreck always scanning faces and looking over shoulder, and if a man happens to be looking her way, she panics as to what he is thinking. She sees a Dr once a month and is on a cocktail of at least four different meds a day. Nothing ever happened to that foster that we know, because CPS was not going to do anything with the claims from her and us. That foster home was an asset to them, the man and women of that home took in only special needs children, as many as six at a time, that is rare to find that kind of help to the CPS system. So I want to let you know if you work for child protective services, you are worthless as a person, and if you had emotions you would know that, but all of you are already dead inside. Oh look, another completely useless government agency, filled to the brim with incompetent yo-yos that are too lazy to do the real fact-finding and protect the poor kids at London Square Apartments (4030 Valley View Ln., Farmers Branch, TX). I reported the conditions here maybe a month ago at the aforementioned address. Nothing was done. The children are still running amock at all hours, day and night, without ADULT supervision (a teenager as babysitter DOES. NOT. COUNT.). They bang, thump, jump, kick, wrestle, scream, run, and well, run riot. What do the parents to, even if the police are called MULTIPLE TIMES? Nothing. Absoultely nothing is done to correct their childrens' bad behavior.

There are drugs present. I've smelled marijuana in two separate public areas in the past, which means the children at this complex have access to drugs. I used to see the unmistakeable silouette of a handgun target proudly displayed in an upstairs apartment across the "quad" (lawn) area in the cluster of buildings where I live. So that means kids could gain access to guns here too. I know we have prostitutes around, and there are drunken parties in the parking lots late at night. There's questionable/suspicious activity at all hours, but you'll only see it if you get out of your squad car and walk around the quad, Mr. Policeman Officer SIR! I've heard adults yelling in their apartments at someone else in the apartment, so there's verbal abuse present.

Oh, but it gets even better! If the "parents" living around the quad area hear that CPS is nosing around, they have their kids play "musical apartments". I know, because I've sat outside my apartment and WITNESSED it. I saw the same set of kids leaving a downstairs apartment across the quad, exiting an upstairs apartment in the same building, and leaving the apartment right next door to me. So that means that CPS doesn't even bother doing a preliminary dig into birth/immigration records to find out which kids belong to who, or where those kids are supposed to be living.
