It started off rocky cause I flew in around rush hour and I had no clue I was suppose to call in the morning to request shuttle service. As a result, I had to wait 45 mins for pick up (Again, because of traffic) but BY GOLLY she did her best and got me to the hotel safe and sound. In hindsight, I'm thankful we had a bit of traffic on the way cause she's a delight to be around! The hotel itself was very clean during my stay. It's shaped like a square meaning the view from your window will be the main floor instead of outside. Bed was extremely comfortable and thank goodness they put makeup wipes in the bathroom. Breakfast is your usual biscuits, gravy, eggs, and waffles. I love tater tots and its important to the story cause they use them instead of those tasteless diced potatoes I despise but the REAL reason I enjoyed breakfast is because ALL the juices in the machine worked. You heard me correctly! Every juice was labeled and available. If you travel as much as I do, you know darn well the juice machine is never up to par. Another STRONG plus about staying here.... NO bugs. I still cant believe it! Every single trip to Dallas I find bugs and roaches in the hallways, rooms, elevators and I mean every hotel. Hilton, direct Choice hotels, Best Western, Marriott. At this point I assumed Dallas is infested and there's no way around it but I was wrong. I don't know what they're doing to keep them away but I saw not ONE bug which is the main reason I will be staying at this hotel for each and every visit from here on out.

No thrills inexpensive hotel close to almost everything I stayed here one night only because it was the cheapest option and expected it to be dark and dirty. Once I arrived onsite and checked in it turned out to be pretty good for the price. The outside of the property is well lit and clean with lots of rear parking. The interior is also well lit, clean, with fairly new decor. The lobby was nice and opens up the interior to make it look very spacious. The lady who greeted me was nice, welcoming, and stated that wifi is offline but I didn't need it anyway. Once I got to the room everything was clean: bathroom clean, tables clean, sheets clean towels clean.. I went to dinner at Bombshells which is great if you like breastaurants, if not there are so many different food choices nearby it'd takes a while just to decide where to go. If you made the wrong choice and get food poisoning UT Southwestern Medical Center is virtually next door. Love Field is also next door for an early flight out the next morning If you regularly stay at 4 star hotels this would not be the place for you. If all you need is a clean safe place to spend the night I would keep this property on your list. I would definitely stay here again.

If you can stay elsewhere please do! This place is absolutely disgusting and not in the greatest of locations either. We stayed May 16-17 and were very disgusted at what we discovered with our room. We were out most of the evening and when we got back to our hotel room to sleep around 12am we pulled back the covers to find lovely toenail clippings and black hair in one bed and boogers, hair and blood stains in the other. To top it off the walls had random nasty handprints and stains and beware when you take a shower that your washcloth very well may have pube hair on top of the already lovely collection of hair in the shower itself. The next morning when we checked out we notified them of all of this and other than a puny apology, nothing was done to right the situation. To top it off we were basically told that a lot of the time the first floor is used for the employees sleeping over and our room prior to our stay had been used by two different employees a day or two before us. Very nasty experience and I don’t usually mess with reviews but definitely felt the need to with this one. Just beware!!

I will give no stars if possible this was the worst stay in a “hotel” I have Ever had! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The staff seem friendly at first but no one knows what’s going on and it doesn’t seem like they speak to one another. The rooms are filthy bathroom is caked up with soap scum on the showerhead!! Room also had ants all over the only desk in the room and I didn’t realize it until it was crawling over my cup and food containers. The room set up is also ridiculous all of the king rooms have NO windows to the outside, no instead your ONLY window is looking into the “hotel” lobby where people are sitting and walking by, so you really just shut up in a dark room unless you have all your lights on all the time, No Privacy!!! Unfortunately that is not the worse was what I had to deal with, I paid for my entire stay upfront before I even got to my room my first room rather( I had to change to a double just to get an actual window), yeah they kept calling me and wake me up out of my sleep in the middle of the night about a charge that didn’t go through this happened TWICE!!! The first time they asked me to come all the way back down to the lobby front desk so that I could speak with them about what happened now I knew that everything went through because at the beginning Cynthia, the manager, processed everything and said I everything was good to go my bank account also let me know that everything went through fine. Get here they are calling me in the middle of the night to come downstairs to talk about a mistake on their end when the other employee finally did some more digging she realize that oh I was right and everything was fine after all and not to worry about it this took about 20 minutes or so however it was still very difficult to get back to sleep. Mind you I went through the whole day without anyone saying anything until the middle of that night so here I am the next day sluggish still kind of irritated about what happened the night prior but going about my day nonetheless. I get through my first full day at this place take a shower and get in the bed fall asleep, AND HERE THEY ARE CALLING ME AGAIN ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE!!! I’m like does your staff not know how to communicate with one another! This is a different girl all together and she tells me that her GM Rama told her to call me and if they needed to me to come down and speak to them about the same issue I told her I’m not coming down there and then I’m sick of this nonsense and I’m hanging up. The CRACK of dawn the next morning I get up pack up all my things and head down to check out. This was a little young ignorant boy who kept referring to one of his coworkers as “the white girl” and told me that I would get my refund because “they don’t keep nobodies money”. Well apparently they do because not only have I not gotten my refund for my remaining days that I did not stay there and also a refund for the days that they completely ruined while I was staying there but come to find out they had me still checked in at that “hotel” after I checked out and went to a different one. oh and did I mention that every time they called me and even at checkout they tried to adjust the price to two times what I had already paid them incredibly risible. They are absolutely SCAMMERS I couldn’t be told different, Please DO NOT stay here I really would hate for you to have to go through something even remotely similar to what I went through hope this helps I wish I saw...

I normally don't leave reviews on hotels. If I check-in, stay, and check out with no issues, I expect that to be the norm. My experience with this hotel was a little different.

I checked in late in the afternoon of 5/9/17. I had a reservation for three nights. I went to my room and started to unpack. I noticed there were no hangers in the closet. As my mind was on other things, I got about halfway unpacked when I realized the room had not been cleaned since the last guest checked out. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone did not work. I went down to the front desk and was given a different room. I went back to the original room, re-packed my things, and transferred to the second room. I returned my original room keys to the front desk.

I went to the second room and started to unpack. I noticed there were no hangers in this closet either. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone in this room did not work either. I went to the front desk and asked for hangers. I was told they would be delivered to the room. When I got back to the room I tried to login to the WiFi with the password the front desk provided (it was written on my room key envelope) , but it asked for another login and password. I went back to the front desk (remember, the phone did not work) and asked for the password. I was then able to login to the WiFi.

The next morning, no hangers had yet been delivered. I left a note for housekeeping for hangers, along with a gratuity. When I returned to my room later that day (around 5:00 pm) it was apparent housekeeping had not been in my room all day. My note and gratuity were still on the desk, and the bed and bathroom had not been cleaned. Still no hangers.

After this, I thought I would inquire about the cocktail hour and manager's reception that the hotel listed in its online description. I went to the front desk (remember, the phone doesn't work) and asked the front desk person about when the cocktail hour would be held. I was greeted with an enthusiastic "Yeah, I wish!". I headed back to my room, wondering why they would advertise services they do not provide. Later that evening I was watching television in my room when the door was unlocked and opened. A lady was at the door, but when she saw me in the room she abruptly left. By the time I could collect my thoughts and look out the door, there was no one in the hallway.

The next morning, I left my note and gratuity requesting hangers for the closet. When I returned that evening, no one from housekeeping had been in the room all day. No hangers, no bed made, no bathroom cleaned, no trash emptied. I checked out the following morning. I was not asked by the staff about how my stay was.

When I'm travelling on business, I expect that the last thing I should need to do is keep after the hotel staff to ensure they're doing their jobs.

I had read other reviews that the hotel was fairly new. The hotel itself was nice. The room was comfortable. It seemed to be in a quiet area. The breakfast was fine. The price was reasonable. However, if they cannot improve their customer service in short order I do not believe it will become...

I stay with a Choice brand of Hotels quite frequently. Up until the last hotel stay of mine at Choice Privilege’s Brand of Hotels, I had pretty much stayed at many of the Comfort Suites. I have ALWAYS enjoyed all the Amenities and the special EXTRAS they all have. I completed 2 qualifying stays to earn a free night and I made a call to Choice rewards and had the pleasure of meeting a Supervisor. He asked me if I had ever stayed at one of the Choice Brands “Sleep Inn”. I am a Platinum Choice Rewards Member. The supervisor took the liberty of documenting in the hotel’s folio of my situation as I had an emergency that came up. Upon arrival at Sleep Inn - Love Field / Market District I was really made to feel EXTREMELY WELCOME. I had arrived early before the 3pm check in and I was either going to wait or pay the early check in fee. They asked me if I was ready to check in and I told them yes I was ready. Both of the front desk attendants were SO POLITE and allowed me a speedy check in. They did NOT charge me an early check in fee. They also didn’t charge me for a deposit. My room was very clean and even smelled fresh. The bed was made with clean linens and the mattress was very soft as the pillows were too. The bathroom was SPOTLESS. The smart TV was an LG and had lots of CRYSTAL CLEAR RECEPTION. HBO Premium channels were on the lineup of many choices. I watched a few channels and finally started watching my favorite of the Cable News Networks which was Fox News Channel. The rooms were furnished very nice. A microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, nice desk, comfortable chair, desk chair and so much more. This property also featured a Gym and Business Center. I ordered a Whataburger meal from Uber Eats for diner. It arrived in like 15 minutes. I was able to get to sleep with NO NOISE OR DISRUPTIONS. I woke up the next day and was VERY IMPRESSED BY WITH THE BREAKFAST. I mean they left NOTHING OUT. This was in NO WAY JUST ANOTHER HOTEL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. There were Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Large Fluffy Waffles, Toast, Bagels, Blueberry Muffins, Asst Cereals, Oatmeal, Asst Yoplait Yougart, 4 Different Juices, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits & Gravy and More. The staff was AWESOME throughout my stay. The property was very well maintained and OVERALL I feel I need to really give this property COMPLETE PRAISE AND THE HIGHEST SCORE AVAILABLE! I can’t wait till I return to this property to experience what I had the pleasure of enjoying during a very difficult time. They really went ABOVE & BEYOND. ⭐️ GOLD STARS TO THE WHOLE ⭐️ CAST & CREW AT SLEEP INN - DALL LOVE FIELD /...
