Burger King — Restaurant in Dallas

I was in this BK not long ago . Not busy shift either . There were people from drive through back to back who got their orders wrong. I also got my order wrong. The manager on duty was rude to customer in front of me. I expressed my thoughts to her . She escalated to the point where I had to point to the cameras that the cameras saw what she was doing. And she kept telling me that it was my opinion my opinion 6-10 times. I said it's not my opinion it's what the 3 cameras saw. Horrible horrible experience no wonder these places hire illegals they can't speak the language but at least they work hard. Which is very unfortunate for a company that has good food in comparison to the other burger places. I advise anyone who comes here to first of see who the crew is and take 30 seconds to determine if you're willing to wait 15 minutes for an order and get it wrong or go right next door to Taco Bell. No one writes a review this long just because . I'd post a picture of my receipt but not till I have received an answer...

This location claims to open at 5:30am.

1st Visit: 5:45am and I can't hear anything at the window. Eventually I pull up and the lady tells me her headset is broken. Ok, it happens. I ask her if this location does in fact open at 5:30 every day, and she replies "yes". I order. I got my food but she forgot to return my debit card - had to ask for it back.

2nd Visit: 5:45am and all the lights are off. They have the dinner menu up. Can't see anyone. I drive away after waiting a few minutes.

3rd Visit: 5:50am. Lights are all on with breakfast menu up. I pull up and get no response. See nobody inside as I drive past the drive-thru windows.

4th visit: Basically the same as 3rd visit.

If you want to open at 6 then open at 6, but don't advertise and say you open at 5:30 if you don't open at 5:30!

Update: just went again. 6:10am. Lights are on. Automatic voice came on in drive-thru. No...

Bath room John has still not been fixed you can't for lack of a better word go and do number 2 or or the mirror in the bathroom for men's room is still cracked and there is no towel dispenser and when I was there just maybe a few minutes ago there was a gentleman in there just just a few minutes ago I mean maybe 20 minutes ago was yelling at the assistant manager because they didn't not give him what he wanted on the sandwich the assistant who is working she has been there since early this morning just didn't answer the question she just gave the guy a dumb found look instead of addressing the problem and it also helps that staff especially the management staff can speak fluent English because the rest of the crew doesn't understand anybody sorry I've been today but I'm just getting sick and tired of going in there and you can't use the restroom even...
