I can’t remember the last time I felt both strong not only in my body but in my mind as well. Working with Aline has been changing the way I feel about myself as a whole person. I was an athlete all the way to college but sustained many injuries and I thought I could never do these things again. Not only am I doing them but I am 30 years older. Don’t get me wrong I still don’t like squats haha but at least there is laughter to go along with sweat. All this to say. I ridiculously highly recommend Aline of Dumnamis. I tried a few different trainers before I picked Aline. The difference between the other trainers and Aline is astounding! She explains the science behind things. She showed me posture changes that prevents me from constantly injuring my lower back (which used to to happen all the time with other trainers) and posture changes that focus on targeting specific areas.
