Yolanda need to retire and/or resign. I’ve placed an online order SEVERAL weeks ago . The store NEVER called regarding my order . I’ve called numerous times , just to be told by Miguel “ Yolanda is the sales person & she is out “ . By week 2 I finally got in touch with Yolanda would proceeds to tell me “ oh we have your application but it’s incomplete , whoever you was working with unsure if it was someone overseas or what but they never completed your application “ I was more livid and confused because I signed my rental agreement had a delivery date and all setup . According to Yolanda “ none of that matters , we still have to verify things on our end “ .. I was told by Yolanda she would reach out to me on a Monday .. but once again I got nothing but “ oh she’s with a customer , ohh she’s in a meeting “ so finally Today 2/9/23 I finally talk to Yolanda who says she’s waiting on Rental /Job Verification.. Read moreI purchased a recliner from the Hampton store and have enjoyed it the second I sat in it, over time it develop some minor mechanical problems so I contacted the store and the salesperson, she coordinated with the store manager, and the store manager came out to check on the recliner and contacted the repairman. The repair person contacted me within the hour and told me he would be out in two days. The recliner was repaired without questions or charge. Read moreThis rent a center use to be a great store i had been a customer for over 10 years. But the store manager Mike and Miguel did it for me. Mike never knows whats going on and doesnt care. Towards the end they were using my credit card without permission and lying about it. One of the employees there took my credit card numbers and I had to replace my card. Miguel than lied and said I gave him permission to use my credit card when he liked. Most of the stuff I would purchase from them was used items but they would claim it was new.
