Las Tarascas Taqueria — Restaurant in Dallas

I visited the establishment some yrs ago and bought some breakfast tacos. They were very delicious tacos with a plentiful amount of ingredients. I didn't return until recently and wasn't disappointed on this visit. I placed a to-go order for a quick Valentine's meal for us. My wife (whose Caucasian and knows how to prepare Mexican food) chose the 3- taco plate with barbacoa tacos. I ordered the Torta Plate 🍽 😋. Due to an oversight (on my behalf) with what was included with the torta, I ordered some 🍟 fries also. But, alas.........we both finished our meal, stuffed to the gills! And we will continue to visit the establishment. Kudos to the owners of "Las Tarascas Taqueria!" If you are searching for that "little hole in wall" restaurant, this is it. Small Businesses need our patronage....

My husband and I come here after attending our church (DCC) which is right down the street, and we absolutely love this place! The food is absolutely delicious (make sure to have their fresh, homemade corn tortillas!), the atmosphere, though only a few tables inside, is perfect for having a relaxed meal with your friends and family, and all the staff is genuinely so kind! With their recent addition of Christina to their team, it has only gotten better—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for! And we always love to get to see the owner—she is so kind and you can tell all her food is made not only with experience and skill but with so much love and care! Cannot recommend this...

We came to grab a snack midday. The meat was flavorless - a little seasoning goes a long way.

If you are looking for a place that hold Back on the seasoning - this is the place. Very bland.

The rice is mushy- flavorless too.

The Al pastor is cut into long strips that make your enjoyment of a taco not the best. The amount of meat is a healthy portion

Definitely ask for salsa as the meat has no flavor.

The only good thing was the hand made tortilla and the bottled Mexican coke.
