I read the reviews and thought I was going to have a similar experience as most others, but I was wrong. I went in and was ready to buy a bit of gold, but they apparently didn’t want my business since they very rude, unpleasant, and unwelcoming. I inquired about 1/4 oz gold coins, and they said they had a few maples come into the shop. I went to look at them, but all were coins from South Africa that weren’t the typical Krugerrands. I said they weren’t maples but were South African. The lady said “I’m well aware of that.” I said you mentioned you had maples, but she denied saying that. I felt like she was hoping she was going to unload those to me, but didn’t like when I called her out. Called them, lady said "Ochmans how may I help you?" I said "Hi how are you today?" She responded "How May I Help You?" I said again, ( Because I was expecting a normal response to that question....) "How are you today?" She scoffed and said again "How. Can. I. Help. You." Like I am not a customer calling her and I am somebody that she is mad at, like how can you just treat someone like that on the phone? Smh I hung right up on her without saying another word. Dropped a watch off with my boyfriend to get cleaned up and fixed for someone’s upcoming birthday. We picked it up the next day and the watch was still filthy. After asking them again to make sure it was cleaned and showed them the dirt on it, they said it was cleaned and all we had to do was brush it with a toothbrush and that the dirt was from having it fixed.
