X-Posted on Yelp (8/4) & Reported to BBB!! It appears Rocky paid to remove my previously posted negative review which he admitted he does often. If I could give negative stars, I would. They should be called TueLies or ExcuseKings. Not only did they NOT complete repairs, but they DID charge for materials and services not completed, and my vehicle was returned with more damage than when it was dropped off. I was rear ended and in addition to the hatch door and exhaust repairs, my wiper switch needed to be replaced. The hatch door sat crooked in the opening, the handle on the hatch door isn't sealed with the door, the paint on the handle is rippled and peeling, the autostart no longer works on both remotes (and they only had one), the hatch door open light stays on, the interior dome light stays on, my driver seat is busted and the wiper switch was never installed even though it was paid for. They also juggle around their "loaner vehicles", which I fully believe are vehicles owned by other clients. The first vehicle given had bullet holes they freshly patched up, expired tags and drugs in it. The second and third vehicles they offered were his personal corvette and company branded Tahoe, which I declined as it is unprofessional and liability I am not taking on. The last vehicle was the shop vehicle with an exhaust leak in the cab, check engine and airbag lights on, tire lights on and bald tires. I drove this around for a week while my car sat at the family location UNTOUCHED. I continued to call for updates and was only lied to. I continued to be told it was being worked on and when I picked up my vehicle a week later, NOTHING had been done. At both locations, I was promised regular updates. That NEVER happened - I had to chase them for updates with calls about every 2-3 days. They are very unprofessional and immediately bashed on other businesses and along with other "POS Clients" who have left negative reviews and they pay to remove. They asked and offered compensation to leave positive reviews. RED FLAG. Any time I scheduled a time with them to drop off my vehicle to complete the repairs promised and correct the further damage they caused to my vehicle, they flaked on me - they would suddenly not be at the shop as promised. I was talked to disrespectfully, even told "You dont know about vehicles, so we will tell you what's wrong with your car" when telling them about the hatch door light and dome lights being on. When I told them about both remotes not working, they tried to say it was the battery in my remote - However, they only had one remote and not both...and there is NO WAY both remotes would suddenly stop working while under their care. I took my car to another shop that I should have taken to from the get-go and at an additional $900 my car was repaired and corrected from their damage. NEVER, EVER trust 'True'Kings. They are disrespectful, lie, make excuses, bash other companies and clients and will return your vehicle in worse condition...not to mention, they are likely loaning your vehicle out to other clients. I have reported them to other entities and will continue to spread the truth to protect others, especially women, from...

To top it all off, he and his team were able to fix the massive amounts of dents on my car in a matter of 10 days... other companies might take months!
