I have been coming to the Jack in the Box on Garland Rd a long time. I have never been treated so terrible from a manager like I was treated tonight! I ordered in drive thru $28 worth of food and I ordered the loaded classic wedges in which the sign clearly says $3.50 each but I noticed on the screen it was rung up for $4.00. So when I got to the window I asked the young lady why was I charged different than the sign and she told me I don't know and that's when I asked for a manager. The manager came to the window and was the rudest human being ive ever met. She told me ma'am I don't know we don't make the prices and was so terrible. So I then said nevermind I don't want anything and drove around. Then I proceeded to go inside to get the manager name so I can report her and she tells me just like this " no I'm not giving you my name your not even a customer and have a good night" ...she was a short older Hispanic lady and this isn't the first time she's been rude to me. I'm a manager myself at a fast food place and I would never treat or talk to my customers the way she did me. I feel as if I was being racially profiled in a way as well. I need to know how to report her or who I contact regarding this situation. I do want to mention I did end up going to another location and ordered the same thing I ordered here and my total was almost $5 cheaper and I got charged $3.50 for the item that was advertised and priced correctly. So not only was I treated so terrible but the prices are totally incorrect and overcharging customers. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE...
Read moreThis is the closest place to grab food 24/7/365 to my home and I love Jack in the box, I always have. This particular location for some reason has a turn over rate unlike anything i have ever seen. They run out of condiments CONSTANTLY and will tell you they are out of something after you have ordered and waited in line for it and even after it's been paid for too and THEEEEEEN they will say they're out of whatever you wanted and what else will you settle for but then they want you to pull it the front of the resturant and wait for it and if you requested any condiments, well uh sorry, you're not gonna get them unless you wanna get back in that 10 car deep line....and the fries are usually cold and hard with no salt. They serve tacos they pre made and they are half soggy half rock hard with like maybe 4 tiny lettuce shreds inside..... no joke. So request fresh food and check your order before leaving the window no matter what they say to ya. Seriously. If you have a problem FORGET ABOUT TALKING TO THE 17 YEAR OLD MANAGER WHO SPEAKS ABOUT 25%ENGLISH AND 75% SPANISH, GO AHEAD AND CALL CORPERATE...

First he tells me I'll have to wait a few minutes because the machine needed to freeze a little so I wait. I specifically ordered no whip no cherry he opens the window and realizes he added both so he tells me he'll be back. I realize it just looks like vanilla but he walks away quickly and comes back with a cookies and cream shake to which I say I ordered a chocolate shake he walks away and comes back and hands me chocolate milk in a shake cup. I ask what is this? He says a shake but he told me it wouldn't be frozen I tell him that's what he said with the first shake to which I waited he just wasn't paying attention. He refused to give me my money back I will not go back to tiis location. Please stay away from this place or Jack in the box please pay these people more so they care about the service they...
