Purely as a gym, it's ok. There are enough machines and variety that you can work out pretty much any way you'd like. Nice amount of dumbells from 5 lbs up to 75 lbs, I believe. Good bar options, too; they max out at 60 lbs. Smith machines are always clean, and weights are usually consistently racked. Lots of cardio machines, so you don't have to worry about sharing or space. The stretching and ab area is underrated; good stuff there, nice and out of the way. 30 minute workout stations are cool, but 3/5 times, chances are there's one dude alone in that area just using one machine. Not that big of a deal as most people will switch machines if you're polite. Bodyweight/HIIT area is also nice, usually busy, but lots of variety as well as helpful videos you can follow for a guided exercise. The gym motto is a judgment-free zone, which is a nice mentality. The issues with this come as people typically take less "rules" the same as less value. Most people who go to PF are friendly, and out of the way; even the super-fit people are quite polite and compassionate. There are some individuals who do not care about the gym being a public space and take advantage of PF being so open and accepting. A small minority will not clean any of their machines after use (proper to clean your area when you're done, no matter where you are tbh) and that same small minority do not re-rack weights. I imagine this happens at other gyms, also. My biggest complaint is the recent changes. They changed 4/7 of the TVs not associated with the cardio areas to show AFHV/Ridiculousness type content. This is so extremely stupid. Why do I want to go to a gym, mindlessly watch TV, when I'm not infront of the cardio machines? The videos played are literally "fail compilations." I'm not sure about the rest of gym goers, but I guarantee you that I do not want to watch people fall and hurt themselves while I'm trying to train. Honestly I wish I can say this place was worth the money, but even with the promotions, I cannot say I'd ever recommend this...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreLove the staff and the location. Paola needs a raise. She is the hardest working staff member. She cleans the workout floor, the machines, and the bathrooms. I have even seen her walk elderly members out to their cars for safety. The bathrooms are tricky though. I'm there almost everyday. I'm a business owner that doesn't always have time to go home for a shower. I stop in almost daily and I see this lady doing nothing but cleaning. The bathrooms can get pretty nasty and they are super hard to keep up with. You can't imagine the amount of nasty the staff has touch. There are a few staff members that, I hate to say, are pretty lazy. One guy is always always always on his phone, never greets members, and is not working at all. He could help Paola clean honestly. I see EVERYTHING but choose to leave such matters to management and stick to working out. I don't want anyone to get in trouble. I see the hardest working staff members reprimanded and the lazy staff continue to be lazy. With that said, I love this gym. I feel welcomed and relaxed. The afternoon and evening shift staff are...
