Absolutely awful. I left my wallet at home so after placing my order I realized that I did not have my debit card. I got to the window explained to the girl running the drive thru window which is the third person I had to speak to as the first two individuals did not speak or understand English at all. I fully understand and support immigration and things of that nature so the language barrier is understandable. Once I was able to speak with someone to explain I did not have my card. Told her to go ahead and make the order and I would come back with my wallet and pay for the food. The lady advises me to come back and come to the door. So I come back and go to the door. Where a rent a cop who has a 4th grade education came to the door and said I wasn’t allowed inside and I would have to go through the drive thru. I explained the situation and he walked away to get an employee. This person did not know anything about my order and refused to let me inside also. Mind you it was barely 9pm at this point so it’s not like it was the middle of the night or right before closing time. So I digressed and got back in line which was 7 cars long at this point. I’m sure most of you know where this is going. So I finally get to the window. My order was ready for me to grab after I paid. All 4 items on the order were not only cold at this point but they were all incorrect. I knock on the glass to get someone to come to the window. A girl comes to the window and refuses to remake my food as it is now cold and wrong. At this point I was extremely upset and they could tell. They remained stagnant on moving in any positive direction and made me keep the cold wrong food. To kick everything off in an even better direction I have a child who is extremely allergic to an item I asked to not be put in the food. All 4 of the plates had this item in the food and it was cold and all refused to be remade correctly. Read moreOh dear lord where do I even begin. Me and my wife have given this location time and time again chances and it's never changed. We waited 35 minutes in a line (which is okay if you want good food) but good food, service etc was the exact OPPOSITE. I'm not one to give bad reviews for a reason. check my Google profile. I give more positive reviews than bad. Google popped up asking me for a review while I was working, might I add this place made me extremely late for work. (Still that's not the issue here. I'm about to get to it). They were incredibly rude. After me and my wife sitting in line 30-35 mins plus, (AGAIN, WE ARE NOT KARENS), I NEVER ask for any extra accomodations, but they gave my wife a watered down Pepsi that costed 3$. Nothing but water. I NEVER ask anyone to refill or change it, but for the time, frustration, rudeness and price we paid for everything, I thought it was more than appropriate to ask for a drink that wasn't just tap water iced down beverage for 3$. They then took it and we waited another 5 minutes just for him to hand us back the exact same drink. My wife ordered flauntes and they were not even eatable. Our dog wouldn't even eat them. Our food was ice cold. I work in the food industry myself. So I really don't understand what's going on here other than the fact that the health inspector is going to come through ASAP. Read moreWe visited this location today right before closing and ordered nachos with the Guacamole and Sour Cream on the side. Mistake one you put the guacamole on both nachos then scraped it off and put it in a cup and tried to hide it with more beans. Mistake two we didn’t even get cheese. What happened to our cheese that comes on the nachos? Mistake three how do you serve me my food flipped over on its side. I understand it’s closing but you should still treat and give your very last customer the same service and treatment that you would give your very first customer. Just because it’s closing and you ready to go home doesn’t mean short me on my meal and then knowing make mistakes and not properly correct them.
