If I could give -5 I would ! Read and Save yourself fr: The worse Car Place to ever buy cars or do business with. I am during this dealership for breach in contact and emotional distress. The sold me a 2017 Kia optima that had an oil leakage . First month within purchasing the car I had to do 3 oil changes⌠I informed their mechanic it may be an oil leak they said no they just didnât do an oil change before selling it . First lie . Second after having to come back the 3rd month for another oil change and problem either the car they told me my warranty was over and charged me $350 for whatever they claim they did but did not . I ended up getting my own oil change ⌠having to carry oil in my car 24/7 . I kept calling and complaining nothing was done but transaction off my card for this lemon of a car-note . Fast forward to today, My car ended up completely giving out so to the initial problem âthe oil leakâ messed up the engine . I was having to continuously change, spark plugs, and ignition coils , I had to change the head gasket and tune up the car costs me about $500 yet still did nothing . I told them at this point I need a trade they said no. They ended up having to tow my car to their mechanic shop where they took 3 days to diagnose the car. Said it needed a new catalyst converter, sparks plugs, coils , Both the valves and a tune up charged me 1400 for alll. I agreed they took a week and a half to get it âdoneâ I came to pick up my car it was sitting outside dusty it started and within 10mins broke down in the middle of the high way in 96 degrees wear with my 7 month old whom ended up getting over heated I had to call the cops and we rushed to the emergency mind you I called Diego who is their service guy who tells nothing but lies . I had called him 3 times to let him now the car wasnât driving right and didnât seem safe . He told me to ride it out and call if anything . Long story short they ended up towing the car again my child was in danger and I had a panic attack. They re-diagnosed it and finally admitted like I said before it needed a whole new engine . Currently My car been in the mechanic with them for 2 month going on 3. Every week they would tell me it will be ready that following week or the end of the week for months now. I am the only one that constantly calls on updated about my car. They lie and say they call but never do the service department ignores me or if they are talking they are lying . Customer service is very rude only one not is SAM. They told me after 2 months that the reason for the delay was that they forgot to pay their transport fee to get my engine to them âŚ. Now the excuse is even though all parts were said to be put in and done ⌠They still need to add more and test it out after having two weeks to test drive itâŚ. I have been having to uber to work , uber to my child day care. My job is at risk because of this at the same time Iâm paying for a CAR I DONT HAVE ! Everytime I call itâs a new excuse or they want to hang up . I am drained physically and mentally this is outrageous. Diego is a liar , Salvas is a liar the managers are liars there is no corporate office . Everytime you call they lie and say they are always in meetings and will call back but never does . Thatâs just them avoiding you . They charge you way over than what the actual car is work and 10/10 it will have some issue wrong with it . whole damn dealership full of scam and lies. My child been in danger , I have and we had hard losses all at the hand of this scam dealership .    Read moreHave been having the worst experience with the dealershipâ-bought my car a year ago and immediately driving off the lot the vehicle overheated. Turns out their mechanics tried doing a shoddy job on the coolant reservoir. Had to bring the vehicle back after two days of ârepairsâ I picked up the vehicle and the same thing happened again. Turns out they didnât replace the coolant cap with the new one. â- fast forward to a couple months I sent a report to them of everything wrong with the vehicle including oil leaks (3) sensors causing my vehicle to overheat, and tire issues. They kept my car for almost a week to try and figure out the sensor issue and replace my tires. But touched none of the leaks. So a month later I sent another report showing my leaks. The manager said I was transferred take it up with someone else. After that I heard nothing about my vehicles repairs. Now im still stuck with leaks that are growing daily, I took my car back recently due to it needing a catalytic converter, wheel bearings and oil pan(for the leak). They kept my car for 3 1/2wks to determine if I could get. A new car bc of all the issues Iâve had. I had to uber and Lyft since they donât do loaners. While waiting no one would call with updates, I called almost every single day. They said no to the trade out bc the engine wasnât messed up. So I asked for compensation for the Lyfts which accumulated to 544.00 to which I was told no there nothing we can do to help with that. Then received calls from Diego who demanded I pay the minimum amount to get my vehicle repaired so they could tack the 1262 into my loan for the rest of the repairs. I asked if they could help with the car payment that passed while the vehicle was with them which was less then the amount spent on Lyfts and Ubers and again was met with no we donât do that. We canât help you. Mind you the vehicle was with them for so long bc they failed to call or offer any updates for my car.
