9 years ago my then 2.5 year old daughter got a hold of my wedding rings and I never saw them again. I waited for them to show up, maybe someone would find them after we moved, but no luck. I was finally ready and able to explore the possibility of having them remade when I reached out to an old high school friend who works for Michael’s Jeweler. I provided one photo of my rings from my wedding day hoping it would be enough, but realizing it was going to be a challenge since others told me the detail work was not something they could do. Despina communicated with her custom department and myself repeatedly to make necessary adjustments until it was just right. Today, I got to pick up a perfect replica of my wedding bands and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service was above what I expected and their team was just as excited about this project as I was (well, maybe not as excited).    Read moreMichaels has set the gold standard in terms of jewelry quality, value and customer service. Michelle (the store manager) was available - what seemed like 24/7 - to help me design, customize and finally execute on our one-of-a-kind designed engagement ring. More importantly, Michaels Jewelers and Michelle have continued their unparalleled customer service long after the purchasing of our engagement ring. They continue to help with jewelry maintenance and are always available to answer any other questions we may have. After shopping around to many (and I mean many) places - I strongly advise everyone to shop at Michaels - they’ll earn your trust and you won’t be...

Tony the Manager now of several locations is confrontational. I tried to bring a situation to his attention and he heard what I had to say, but was not listening; there is a difference between the two. He even told me that he worked for Tiffany & Co. for 4 years like that means anything. That comment came after I made a comparison to the two stores. It is unfortunate that Michael’s sold the business in 2019 to Camile Hannoush & Family. I am sure that the new owner(s) are decent people. They should rethink how the stores are handling customer care. I cannot say anything about the quality of workmanship, but if its anything like their customer service...
