Extremely Rude Manager – Very Unprofessional Experience

I usually love shopping at T.J. Maxx, but my experience with the store manager, Matthew Bragg, completely changed that. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. Instead of providing any kind of customer service, he spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for asking a simple question.

I went to buy apiece of jewellery that was marked down , bought a different item and went back to get that piece found the girl taken it out , I told her I needed it she told me that it was marked out , I asked her what did she mean, she told me that it is damaged and they will sent it back , I told her it was for sale two minutes ago and I was buying something else and came back to buy it , she told me it is marked out , I told her I needed with the damage on and I will buy it the way it was because I couldn’t see any damage in it , she apologized and told me they have to sent it back, I was not very happy thinking how the damage happened in less than...

I have always been a TJ Maxx shopper, but I will never visit THIS location again. It is my hometown and sadly when visiting with my daughters we were followed around the store. At first it didn’t dawn on me why the jewelry lady seemed to appear everywhere we went. Had it not been for my love of the brand, I would have put ALL the stuff back that we picked up and waited until I got back to Indianapolis. This is nonsense and I DO NOT appreciate it!
