Extremely Rude Manager – Very Unprofessional Experience
I usually love shopping at T.J. Maxx, but my experience with the store manager, Matthew Bragg, completely changed that. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. Instead of providing any kind of customer service, he spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for asking a simple question.

Read moreI have always been a TJ Maxx shopper, but I will never visit THIS location again. It is my hometown and sadly when visiting with my daughters we were followed around the store. At first it didn’t dawn on me why the jewelry lady seemed to appear everywhere we went. Had it not been for my love of the brand, I would have put ALL the stuff back that we picked up and waited until I got back to Indianapolis. This is nonsense and I DO NOT appreciate it!
