Our sales associate was Samuel, and he was so helpful listening as we explained to him how we sleep and what we were looking for in a mattress. He was very patient with us and after spending 3.5 hrs. in his store he explained to us in great detail the various options we had with absolutely no pressure to buy. Jacob hands down the best sales guy there! We came in this past Saturday 30 minutes before closing and bought from him based on his sales expertise, knowledge, and non pushy personality. He doesn't hassle you during the process. He allows you to look at all the inventory and decide. We were here a few months ago and walked out due to a guy acting like a used car salesman.
